「We went there for a concert and during the same day there’s a wedding ceremony at the hotel. The hotel was packed, the lift was so slow. No towels in the room until we need to get ourself from the housekeeping basket. One of the room the aircond doesnt work and we need to call them like twice to fix it. But in term of the location, it was very strategic.. next to a mall and in the middle of the town.」

「1st time saya ke pekanbaru dari malaysia,secara jujur,hotel ni memang mantap.lokasi strategic,nice breakfast.kamar sangat bersih & selesa, friendly staff.hotel nya ga jauh dari airport & juga di wisata.mudah mahu kemana mana,bersebelahan di pekanbaru mall/suka ramai, hanya berjalan kaki,banyak food stall juga.sesuai bagi yang food hunter.sesuai untuk percutian keluarga.pasti akan datang lagi disini nanti.sangat recomanded untuk pelancong dari negara lain.」

「酒店外觀和大堂相當破舊,大堂沙發顯得陳舊和髒。入住本應在下午2點開始,但我們等了很久才下午3點半左右才收到房間。雖然酒店在此期間提供了茶點,但還是不方便。正面的一點,房間本身給人留下了深刻的印象,類似於5-star的住宿,雖然衛生間的清潔度只是一般,特別是牆壁,需要更好的注意。早餐不錯,但並不例外,地方相當潮溼。然而,工作人員提供了出色的熱情好客,非常有禮貌和友好。」
