阿爾馮德旅館(The Alfond Inn)

The Alfond Inn was a confusing experience, ultimately disappointing. A beautiful lobby art collection badly hung, and in the rooms, you can see places where the finishes were not taken care of. The rooms are quiet despite the many guests there for weddings. But I was startled to find myself charged a resort fee for each time I ordered room service—20$ plus taxes and a service charge —and that information wasn’t on any of the menus which we had to look up online. There wasn’t even clear information about how to order the food—we had to call the front desk and ask to be put through. Save yourself the trouble and the plastic boxes and go to the beautiful dining room. If I order room service in a hotel like this I want trays, silver, napkins. I don’t want it to look like it came out of door dash.

Beautiful hotel in Winter Park- staff was very accommodating-Restaurant for brunch delicious! Rooms all updated in cool Florida style Walking distance to shopping on Park Ave Will be back soon!

They booked us in a room right above a construction zone. So loud early in the morning. 25 dollars a day for parking and 20 a day for amenities(basically a pool). Food was fair at best. Never again.

had been awhile since are last visit. our room was in the new addition which was spacious and well appointed. unfortunately only got to stay one night. next time will stay longer to try out the spa and its new pool

Loved staying at the Alfond Inn. It is very clean and updated but also has a vintage and unique feel. It doesn’t feel like a chain. I had breakfast in the restaurant which great. The bar area was nice as well.

Fantastic stay at this chic, art-focused hotel. It was the perfect location to explore Winter Park. The collection of contemporary art at the hotel, is expansive & impressive. Gorgeous newly renovated room.

Amazing hôtel. Attention to details. Beautiful design. Interesting arts everywhere. Perfect location near a cute street with restaurants, shops.

To be fair the property was under going construction and our room was right by it, so I once that is done it will be amazing! The rooms are luxurious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. It is so convenient to Park Ave so we took a lovely stroll to the area. I also love the space in the hotel, very old Florida with a nice modern lobby. My only negative was the pool was quite cold.
