酒店地理位置很好，旁邊商場也有不少餐廳可以選擇，早餐就一般印尼特式，最感動是可以即叫即煮即食麵，熱辣辣的，加個雞蛋就是完美的早餐，房間床鋪及毛巾都有點舊了，游泳池是我最滿意的，深度和長度都足夠作舒展運動，但最可惜是健身室整天沒有開放，而Spa沒有在店服務，店員説沒有沖身設備，只能安排到客房服務，這是我個人最不喜歡的！

風景真好看

非常漂亮的屋頂游泳池，還進入了印尼 MURI 記錄，房間乾淨整潔，位置靠近購物中心，很容易找到食物，還能去到價格實惠的美食場所，工作人員也很友好。

沒有要求按金，服務很好

朋友一起玩，比較適合

酒店設施一般，屬於經濟型，服務員挺熱情的。早餐還算豐富。酒店附近有購物中心，吃飯比較方便，房間靠近馬路的話有點吵，總得來説還可以啦

We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

我已經很久沒有住在這裡了，這裡曾經很舒服。但昨天雖然我已經換了房間，但是房間設施很差。 1. 交流電洩漏 2. 室外風扇漏水 3. 馬桶堵塞 4 條毛巾仍濕潤並有魚腥味 5.枕頭有異味。

Hotel yang nyaman untuk menginap keluarga, skypoolnya sangat mendukung,anak-anak sangat suka , lokasi strategis di pusat kota,kulineran dimana- mana, kebersihan dan keramahan staff hotel bagus , rekomen sekali kalau berkunjung ke Semarang

pelayanannya oke! kolam renangnya bersih, fasilitas kamar juga oke, pemandangan dr lt paling atas jg bagus bangett, mantap.

Horison Ultima Semarang 處於年久失修的狀態。 Horison 接管了 Star 公寓，因此它比建議的要老得多，並且顯然沒有對建築物進行任何破壞。走廊和房間都處於令人震驚的狀態，毛巾又破又灰（順便說一句，你還需要在游泳池使用它，因為你只有一條，他們可能會更換，但是，客房服務很慢，而且忘記最初把毛巾留在房間）。房間的窗戶外面貼了一層薄膜，大概是為了反射陽光，不幸的是它正在冒泡，無法向外看。 代客泊車非常好，考慮到停車場空間緊張，這是必要的。隔壁有一個購物中心，裡面有一些還不錯的食物選擇，但需要開車才能到達景點或市中心。 屋頂無邊際泳池是飯店的一大亮點。景色非常好，但是泳池和周圍環境的清潔度很差。 留在別處。
