「We had an amazing 2 night stay at Nirup. 100% recommended resort! Yes, you'll have a rough ferry ride with lacking AC from Batam and there is not much to explore on the small island except a small beach and a few pretty stairs leading down from the hotel through a bit of jungle. However, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, the room is well designed, spacious and offers a wonderful view to surrounding islands, towards Singapore skyline as well as towards Batam. You can enjoy the sunrise from the beautiful breakfast area and the sunset from the pool and bar area. The in-house kitchen is fantastic, Pizza, Nasi Goreng, Salmon Rilettes were some of our highlights. The gym is among the best I've seen in any hotel (and I've been to a few). Right now there is still construction going on, so be prepared to hear some noise during the day. However because a direct line from Singapore is not currently available, you have a chance to enjoy a very private stay at this luxury resort. A big shout-out to the friendly staff and great chef(s).」

「酒店設施一般，我定的兩個房間都略有問題；服務反應沒那麼快；餐廳食物味道不錯，地址略偏遠，叫Grab去渡輪中心要30多分鐘車程，海景房與想象中還是有差距的。床墊比較好，不會干擾另一個人。」

「喜歡游泳池。酒店每天早上11點提供免費班車服務,前往Grand Batam Mall。返回的接送服務是下午3點。我們免費升級爲一臥室別墅。美麗的房間,可以欣賞游泳池的景色。我們入住使用設施 - 健身房,室內游泳池,乒乓球,自行車,有遊戲室(檯球,桌球,籃球圈,飛 - 所有這些都是免費的!)。早餐菜單每天都會變化。品種不錯。肯定會喜歡回來的。下次再住更長的時間。」

「酒店位於較偏僻工業區，屬於偏遠鄉村地方，酒店沒什麼泳池特別設施，早餐衹有如雞蛋，麵包，炒飯，炒麵等，對麪有一間清真寺，每天早上四點至五點便會聽到祈禱的聲音。不用調校鬧鐘早上四點鐘可準時起牀。😃」

「前台接待非常的友善，環境非常的好，乾淨衞生，安靜，服務員非常的周到，非常的有耐心，我也這裏住了四天，感覺非常不錯。」

「1、位置非常方便，坐船達到入境之後，出口出來左轉，就是酒店的b1層。 2、前台的幾個小哥都很熱情，給我們推薦的wey wey seafood，我們覺得不錯第二天又去了，小哥還開車給我們送過去，説harbour bay範圍內都可以接送。 3、房間裏有一張很長的沙發，可以躺一個人。 4、酒店頂樓的bar風景不錯，就是有點熱。 5、我們訂的海景房，應該是在碼頭的正上方，停了一些船，會稍微有點吵，介意的話預訂可以備註。」
