: Disappointing Experience with Quality Inn Service

I recently had the unfortunate occasion to experience the less-than-satisfactory service provided by Quality Inn. From the outset, I was thoroughly left wanting in terms of their standard of service.
Upon arrival, we were greeted not with warm smiles or professional courtesies that one would expect from a reputable establishment, but apathy and indifference. Check-in was riddled with delays and misunderstandings that clearly emanated from a lack of proper communication and training, extending what should have been a seamless process into a drawn-out and tiring ordeal.
The room conditions were no better. Despite assurances of stringent cleaning standards, the state of our room suggested anything but. Unsanitary bathrooms, furniture stained with questionable spots, linens that clearly had a history, and an unwelcome aroma were just some aspects that made our stay uncomfortable.
As for the dining service, it left much to be desired. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and untrained, unable to manage the crowd at peak hours. Food quality was mediocre at best, tarnishing our meals with disappoin**ent.
