Come in after a 5 hour drive on no sleep and 3rd shift front desk is absolutely no help and told us we can’t get our room Without our card without asking any questions. Walls are paper thin and can hear the next door people ********** on multiple nights. Woman yelling down the hallway for someone at 1:30 on the morning and multiple people slamming doors until 2:00AM. Overall not a good experience and would recommend going elsewhere.

Building looks like it’s falling apart. Room I was assigned was in the back. Looked dirty and felt super uncomfortable. My friend and I saw big coming up the walls. Gross. Guy at check in, super rude. Check out at 11. Left to put things in the car… just to be ready. Came back maid had already *****ped off bed. I personally will not use this place again and will not recommend it.

Hotel very clean and comfortable for the level. We travel a lot. travel w two service dogs, for my husband and I, and you’d be shocked at the fuss we get about it, this place asked about them but that was it, never any other fuss, issue or charge. Makes for a much easier check in when you have disabilities.

: Disappointing Experience with Quality Inn Service Rating: 1/5 I recently had the unfortunate occasion to experience the less-than-satisfactory service provided by Quality Inn. From the outset, I was thoroughly left wanting in terms of their standard of service. Upon arrival, we were greeted not with warm smiles or professional courtesies that one would expect from a reputable establishment, but apathy and indifference. Check-in was riddled with delays and misunderstandings that clearly emanated from a lack of proper communication and training, extending what should have been a seamless process into a drawn-out and tiring ordeal. The room conditions were no better. Despite assurances of stringent cleaning standards, the state of our room suggested anything but. Unsanitary bathrooms, furniture stained with questionable spots, linens that clearly had a history, and an unwelcome aroma were just some aspects that made our stay uncomfortable. As for the dining service, it left much to be desired. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and untrained, unable to manage the crowd at peak hours. Food quality was mediocre at best, tarnishing our meals with disappoin**ent. We communicated our concerns to management, hoping for resolution and perhaps an assurance of quality upheld, disappointing yet again. Our complaints were met with luke

The area around the hotel is NOT inviting. It’s difficult to enter the parking lot- you have to enter thru a closed down restaurant next door to the property. We reserved 2 rooms and they couldn’t make them connecting or near each other- ended up being 6 doors apart. The lotion in the bathroom was used, there was a used “cigarette” in the Bible in the bedside table, the room smelled like cigarettes and the comforter was shredded and ripped up at the bottom. Ample pillows provided, bed was not super uncomfortable. Check out was super easy- handed over the cards desk attendant said “have a good day”, didn’t ask how our stay was etc. Six of us stayed here in 2 rooms for approx 17 hours, it was extremely overpriced. Rate from us: 4/10

Hotel is decent for the price, it was clean but a little outdated. I asked for King room but was given 2 full beds instead. They had really small pillows which were terrible. Also, the mini fridge was really loud so I had to unplug it.
