阿馬拉度假村及水療中心(Kimpton Amara Resort and Spa)

Had an amazing time Sedona is beautiful and the resort is in a perfect location to enjoy it all. Also the service and amenities were first class.

Very comfortable! I strongly recommend. The pool is good for kids and hotel hospitality was excellent!

They had major construction going on and waited til we arrived to inform us, when asked why they didn’t inform us prior to arriving they said they knew people would cancel their reservations and they’d rather have people show up and be unhappy then reschedule and that construction was very last min and they didn’t have time to notify people, that was a lie because people staying two weeks ago left reviews within the last two days and stated they had the same experience and excuses. The construction forced us to have to walk outside around the whole building and through another building and walk up a flight of stairs to access our room. No elevator was available to get us to our specific room. We were woken up everyday due to the noise, when we complained about the noise we were lied to again and told they didn’t start til 9am we saw the workers there at 5am working next door to our room. The pool and jacuzzi are NOT heated. The hotel is clean and the majority of the staff are very nice but it isn’t as nice as the photos. Also they force you to valet park they would not let us park ourselves. None of this is told to you until you arrive and if you don’t want to stay then they charge you a cancellation. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.

For such an expensive resort, Amara was not great. We did not feel special. Not even a bottle of water in the room. We were promised an anniversary gift which never arrived. We went to the pool late one afternoon, and the towel bin was empty. Dirty towels were everywhere and dirty dishes around the pool. The golf cart that brings people up the hill was broken, apparently they have no backup. Our room had a vibrating floor and a loud fan from downstairs. Front desk and valet staff were efficient though.

Great location and nice views. Restaurant for breakfast was great. However, the room was VERY disappointing for the price. Walls were extremely thin and you could hear every sound from the hallway and the room next door (who ended up keeping me up until 1am with their laughter and loud talking).

Molto suggestiva. Personale molto gentile e buon cibo.

According to *******, I paid a Courtyard View of Red Rocks. When I got to Amara, I was told I have only paid a "partial" view. I showed the ******* booking to her and mentioned there was no "partial" on the ******* language and the lady apologized but didn't give me the room I was expecting.

The view of the creek & the mountains from our room was amazing. Enjoyed the hot tub, even in the rain!
