波戈迪亞布洛度假飯店(Poco Diablo Resort)

Property was located in a very nice area. Rooms were large and over looked the grass and pond area. Was disappointed when charged a resort fee, when the hot tub was not working. Gas firepits werent on in the seating area during the evening and the gate lock to the pool area on Chris**as day was not opening with room key.

Weekend birthday getaway. Externally the property looks good, the rooms need to be updated. The rooms are clean but lacked resort like service. 1 bar of soap. No additional given. Same with the lotion and body wash. Towel sevice was daily. Toilet need repaired hairdryer needs replaced.

My stay in the Poco Diablo was not what I wanted. I tried to upgrade and they didn’t given options only that the hotel was sold out. I really wanted canceling the room I moved to another hotel but they didn’t had that option. Extremely disappointed 👎👎👎👎👎 That happened in the front desk

The rooms are lovely, spacious with comfy sofas and lounge areas, and the grounds are beautiful and relaxing, with huge gorgeous grassy lawn, fountains, and red rocks views. I was so looking forward to a relaxing stay. The restaurant and bar area also looked nice, and the pool looked fine. Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the chemicals used in the cleaning products and air freshener used in the room and bathroom so I had to leave a couple of hours after checking in. It's such a pity that they use such strong chemicals in their cleaning products. I would expect a resort of this quality and in such a spiritual and eco-conscious location as Sedona to be using more eco-friendly, non-toxic and chemical-free products. I hope to stay sometime in the future if they switch to natural cleaning products.

This is the best resort I have stayed in Sedona in the last three visits. Found online and loved the pictures but when arriving at the resort I was impressed by the staff, the efficient staff, the grounds, everything. I will book again.

The room was terrible "Room without a view, enclosed, resembling a dungeon or jail, without ventilation, with artificial lighting. The hotel lacked a bellboy, the toilet paper was terrible, the bathroom very small, and the sheets and bedding were not of good quality. Room service never arrived."

I felt misled by the reviews, this resort was not worth 500.00 a night in my opinion, the room had a terrible smell, very old and outdated. Not happy, the only nice thing was the person wbo checked us in, Ritchie, je was so nice.

The lobby bar and grounds are amazing. However, their is no privacy in the room. The walls are paper thin. I could hear every word from the guests in the next room. I made the stay feel really uncomfortable.

Toilet was the shortest I’ve ever seen! Bathtub drain needs cleaning. Drained very slow! Update to a new higher toilet that everyone will enjoy.
