Unfriendly staff, dirty towel in our room, hard bed. Spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere!

Very noisy and dirty room with stained carpet. No exhaust in bath. No Gym. No mwave in room.

The window AC is noisy, room is not ventilated, some of the staff are rude and unprofessional.

Very “Bare Bones” accommodations but everything was clean, comfortable & satisfied one’s needs. Staff was professional and provided polite service.

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it..its clean, safe, great location and the service is excellent! We will continue to chose the Grove when we travel to West Seattle and highly recommend this property..great value.

The room itself is nice. The water pressure in the shower is very very low and takes forever to get shampoo and soap off. Aside from that, it’s nice.

Bed was pretty small for two people, clean but condition of items in room were run down considering the price we paid. Nice location .

I liked that this stay was walkable to the Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods but that’s about it as far as walk ability. The staff was SO KIND and they deserve five stars. Breakfast was good, typical continental-style. The facilities are why I would give this an overall three stars. The rooms got really humid, the bed was SO STIFF it left me sore from all angles, and the walls are very thin so we could hear conversations and everything going on next door.
