Excellent 2 night stay in this lovely, smart and very clean hotel. Very happy to see fresh milk in the fridge and refillable Molton Brown toiletries. Fabulous restaurant for dinner and all the staff were friendly and helpful. It was excellent value to the extent we would have been happy to pay more.

Two nights in a fabulous double room. Security very good. Room top end 4star. Tv in bathroom, safe, fridge all spotlessly clean. Breakfast again was very good. Tried cooked and buffet both hit the mark. Becky was fantastic at breakfast, again, so happy and friendly. Perfect stay, with perfect staff. Thanks.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were all brilliant. We came here for our anniversary, when we arrived we were told we had been uprgaded to the illuminati suite which was really nice. The room was ready early so we could check in early. The room was lovely, spacious, clean, with a big comfy bed, and plenty of seating. It was hot during the night but there was a fan in the room which we used. Plenty of free parking available. Iron, hair dryer and fridge in the room. The only issue is, the curtains didnt cover the windows enough, so it let a little light in. All the staff we met were really pleasant and helpful, and couldnt do enough for us. They all worked together so well. We were booked in at the restaurant which was beaut food and service. We already cant wait to go back.

My partner booked this for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Service was spot on. We opted at the recommendation of a member of staff to go for the taster session. Several small courses, beautifully presented, perhaps could have had more time between servings for me but all the food was delicious. The staff were welcoming and friendly and were able to describe each course in detail. Next time we would ask for a table with a view of the garden as where we sat was a bit of a corridor for all the staff accessing the bar. My partner often pushes the boat out at anniversaries and we had the 2012 Don Perignon rather expensive but we'll worth the hefty price tag. Would recommend this to others. Sorry no pictures as we were just enjoying the food and pictures couldn't do it justice. We have eaten several times at Winteringham Fields and although not at their standard a very good second o our list of favourite place Thank you for a great evening

The attention to detail was exceptional. From having real milk in the room for your coffee, to wonderful pillows, to the exceptionally thought-out use of space it was heard to think of a single negative. The food quality and execution were a very welcome surprise. We arrived after 10pm but the restaurant was still happy to supply a delicious steak to our room. Breakfast was a delight, I thoroughly recommend the homemade granola, if only they sold it! . A thoroughly great experience.

Comfortable room . Nice toiletries . However the noise was very off putting . I could have joined in a conversation with either side of my room . Then the TV s battling against each other. This went on for hours . Needs some sound proofing I’d say. Was on a business stay so I needed to rest and was more than irritated . This will stop me booking again.

I stayed here due to work commi**ents. The hotel is really convenient for getting into the town centre and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, wonderful reception staff and great breakfast. Only downside is that its very cold.

I stayed here for 2 weeks for a business trip. The first week I booked with Hotels, I was asked by my company to come back for a second week. I booked direct with the lovely Kerry. Barbara, Kerry and the rest of the staff are amazing. The bedrooms are beautiful, luxurious, have great touches like the fridge, smart tv, Bose speaker , Molton brown toiletries and the bathrooms are wonderful (tv in the bath). Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
