斯科特斯德天歌源宿飯店(Element Scottsdale at SkySong)

Friendly staff. Love the eco-themed decor, including the bamboo keycard. Decent gym with weights, resistance machines and a few cardio machines. Breakfast was acceptable–no worse than other 4-star hotels in the US, but nothing spectacular. At least they offered metal cutlery, instead of the plastic cutlery and paper plates which are so common in hotels in the US.

A great hotel in a nice neighbourhood - short drive from scottsdale old town

El mobiliario y todas las instalaciones en general estaban muy limpias y muy modernas. La planta baja olía estupendamente sin ser cargante. Pero mi sorpresa fue que al regresar al hotel después de la primera noche, la habitación no se había limpiado, baje a recepción y me dijeron que no la limpiaban todos los días por el COVID, yo les contesté que ya no hay alarma mundial y que ya no había restricciónes por este motivo y que en el resto del hotel, restaurante etc, no había ninguna medida, así que yo quería que limpiasen mi habitación todos los días. Al día siguiente regresé a mi habitación a las 16h y no estaba hecha, así que volví a protestar y subieron a limpiarla. Las camareras de piso me dijeron que la razón era que había muy poco personal y no daban abasto, y que la prioridad era hacer las habitaciones en las que iba a entrar un nuevo huésped. El resto días cuando regresaba al hotel ya si estaba limpia la habitación (44ºC en el exterior). Si no exijo que se limpie, no lo hubieran hecho en los 8 días que estuve. Por lo demás, la estancia muy buena, el hotel está muy bien comunicado, muy cerca de Papago park y fácil de llegar desde el aeropuerto. No recomiendo pagar el parking( es descubierto) se puede aparcar gratis en la puerta del hotel y en el lateral con mucha facilidad a cualquier hora.

We got to the hotel really late. The Receptionist was very friendly and courteous. He offered us a late checkout without me having to ask. The room was very nice and roomy. This was my second time here and I’ll definitely make it a third time.

The facility was beautiful and the room super comfy, but the noise from above us, next door and flushing toilets. Bring ear plugs!!! We called the desk and it helped a little.
