This property does not meet the standard for 4-star. The property is very dated. Also, check-in was not welcoming. The attendant acted as if I was bothering her when I checked in. I did not receive any details about dining, wifi, or any other amenities at the hotel. I asked at check-out for my receipt to be emailed to me and I still have not received it. I would not recommend this property.

Sheraton hotel never disappoints. Wherever you travel, you can rely them for world class service and amenities. I wish there are more EV charging station for non-Tesla cars, since more car marque swtiching to EV now

I am so impressed. i travel a lot. and weber's Hotel. Far exceeded my expectations.
The only issue we had My husband went to the restaurant to get a meal ( i was not allowed to eat.) and told not without a reservation. I wish we knew that on Check in all we were told it would be open at 4:30. Everything else was amazing.

This was the worst experience ever in a hotel. Paid over $350 for a room with the view of AC units on flat roof. Electricity went out at 2:30 am…room was uncomfortably hot, No hot water, etc. A Hotel should have a backup generator. They said the whole corridor was out but when we left at 10:30 am the businesses next door all had lights… leaves you guessing. Also the maids congested outside our room at 7:30 AM and sounded like a bunch of teenage girls. When we asked them to please be quite they just stared at us and continued on. Never will I ever stay there again even if the room was free!

Ordered food via room service, which was great. The upgraded bathroom was a big plus too. Friendly staff and clean, quiet room. I couldn’t ask for more.

This is our 3rd visit to Weber's in the last few years and it is always a pleasure from start to finish. We love the renovated room and excellent bathroom.

Had a great stay...would highly recommend...and already have. So very convienient to dow town Ann Arbor, but off by itself on Jackson Rd.
