Check-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password. The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work. The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen. Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day. I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels. 5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

E’ perfetto, bisogna solo rimodernare le stanze

Ci siamo trovate in questo con delle colleghe per una trasferta lavorativa, la mia recensione, và al personale gentilissimo, in primis alla ragazza che lavora per il servizio al tavolo nel ristorante! Bravissima, gentilissima e sempre con un gran sorriso, super accogliente! ❤️

Hotel accettabile, considerato il costo contenuto della camera; alcune cose sicuramente da rivedere come la moquettes tutta macchiata sull’ascensore o nelle parti comuni; usanza di troppi anni fa. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile; ristorante in loco senza pretese, ma altrettanto giusto con il prezzo. Niente di eccezionale, ma considerati i costi sicuramente una location da tener presente quando si è in zona soprattutto per affari.

Hotel della città che fa il suo dovere. Un buon rapporto qualità prezzo riesce a farti alloggiare in una stanza che comprende gli optional essenziali di un albergo a 4 stelle. Struttura vintage spesso scelta per convegni e gite di gruppo da parte di turisti legati a visite guidate della città. Colazione nella norma come i prezzi dei servizi offerti. Se non si è’ alla ricerca del lusso ma di un posto semplice in cui dormire, questo HOTEL È’ UNA VALIDA SCELTA.

due giorni in questo hotel dato da 4 stelle ma a fatica ne avrebbe 2. stanze con mobilia anni 80 bagno privo di aspirazione e con tavoletta wc aggiustata con nastro adesivo! sedia macchiata come i muri. mah.... voglio sperare che a Messina vi sia di meglio.....
