Holiday Inn Express 克魯(Holiday Inn Express Crewe)

Very convenient if staying in Crewe for some reasons. McDonald's is just next door and major supermarket and shops within 3 mins drive.

Room was great massive bed breakfast was unlimited. Don’t think anything was wrong. Sheets could be a cooler material as they were good at keeping heat.

We enjoyed the hotel, I have 1 complaint, The fire alarm went off at 4am and 4.45am , It was a false alarm because one of the staff was smoking in one of the rooms,my partner suffers from fibromyalgia (chronic pain), She lost sleep and our trip was affected and we had to catch up on sleep the following day. We were visiting family and had little time to see them. When mentioned to cleaning staff it was giggled at,I found this very unprofessional and will think twice about using the hotel again, Which is a shame because we liked the hotel.

Nice and Friendly Staffs, and not just one or two, I mean the whole team! Professional well management! Room was clean and quiet.

Very nice rooms, very clean, very near the station.

We had a great stay. The man at the reception last Friday night, he was amazing. I should have asked his name, hope what he does gets recognised. Thanks for giving us a quiet room, we slept really well. Breakfast was basic, coffee was terrible, you could tell from all the almost full cups left around. That place needs a barista in a corner, I think they are missing a trick. We will be back soon.😃

Lovely hotel in excellent position for visiting family and friends in Crewe for Christmas. Parking included in the price. Plenty of spaces. Room lovely and big, warm and clean. Great breakfast too.
