可惜不能零分。我們是付了房費的。到前台辦理入住,工作人員説沒有我們定單。然後暗示我們給小費。我們拿出定單拉扯半天后,換了個工作人員給我們辦理了入住,藉口説之前她們忘了,我不懂忘了什麼,預訂在他們系統裏面都能查到。這第二個工作人員還覺得她幫我們解決了問題,讓我們請她喝咖啡。沒見過這麼差勁的酒店,不是一個員工,是整個酒店都是這樣的風氣。
I wish I could give zero stars. We had already paid for our room. When we checked in at the front desk, the staff claimed there was no record of our reservation and then hinted for a tip.
We showed them our reservation confirmation and argued for quite a while. Finally, another staff member processed our check-in, making an excuse that they had "forgotten." I don’t understand what they could have forgotten, since the reservation was clearly in their system.
This second staff even acted as if she had done us a favor and suggested we buy her coffee.
I have never encountered such a terrible hotel. It’s not just one employee — the entire establishment has this awful attitude. And to think this place is a four-star hotel?
