「入住不錯。早餐很好。房間很乾淨。我們房間唯一的問題是沒有窗戶到外面。所以房間裏沒有陽光。我們沒有意識到什麼時候是早晨。否則,非常好的住宿。」

「We had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us. Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best. Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff. Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views. The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage. Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us. Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste We will definitely going to return and recommend to our friends to visit ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGES Thanks once again for serving is the best treat Keep it up 💕🙏😍」

「Maintenance needs to be improved. Basic necessities are not provided in some of the rooms. Bathroom fittings in some of the rooms were faulty. Though the staff were co-operative and helpful, except for the time taken for preparing the final bill during check out. Better maintenance and service can help them to retain their customers. Customers are coming only based on the old goodwill.」

「The resort is beautiful, located on lake side, has clean amenities, great service and a good restaurant. The only thing that could be improved is the size of the swimming pool as probably it's the smallest as compared to the other resorts in the area. Overall I recommend it if you can get it for a nice price.」

「The property and location are great. It is well maintained and aesthetic. The tree house was a lovely and unique experience. However, there were guests walking around the cottage area to click pictures and look around the tree house, which should have been restricted strictly to maintain the privacy of the stay. Also, at night, we heard an animal scrape the flooring of our tree house. It was slightly disturbing to us but if you are cool with the complete nature experience, then it shouldnt be a problem. Also, we had to call the reception 2-3 times to ask for water in the washroom, but they swiftly turned on the motor. Also, geyser wasn't working」
