納亞里特海濱埃斯坦西亞別墅海灘度假飯店及水療中心 - 全包式(Villa la Estancia Beach Resort & Spa Riviera Nayarit - All Inclusive)

Muy buenas las instalaciones pero el servicio de los restaurantes es terrible, se tardaron casi 3 horas en darnos de comer en la cena de Navidad, eso arruinó la experiencia, en general todos los restaurantes tenían el mismo problema, muy mal servicio.

This is a really nice property. We did all inclusive and the food options were pretty good overall. It was nice to have access to the sister property next door, which gave more food options. The customer service was excellent too. My only issue is that this property is part of a time share group and from the first day they “upgrade” you and give extra things in order to give you a time share presentation, which takes most of the morning. We should have known better and not accepted the “upgrades,” so that’s on us. So just be ware that they will try to sell you a timeshare if you go here. Other than that, the location is great and the facility is really nice.

Después de un día caótico quedarnos sin hotel en plena temporada alta, y encontrar reservación aquí fue lo mejor que nos pudo pasar. Mi hijo esposo y yo estábamos sorprendidos por la calidad de servicio que dan. Wow!!! Mis respetos para todos los empleados, excelente servicio al cliente, un trato increíble, los condominios impecables, la limpieza en todo el hotel es algo que agradezco tanto! La comida deliciosa en todos loa restaurantes, incluyendo la de la alberca! En el spa me topé con increíbles mujeres, Lupita, Marcelina, blanca. El doctor del hotel nos salvó de un gran susto! Meseros con súper trato, Daniel, Lucio, santana. Son los nombres que recuerdo pero todos nos brindaron el mejor servicio!

El hotel está limpio, La playa espectacular Los meseros y guardias en la playa, los restaurantes, albercas siempre con mucho esmero para ayudar en todo. El personal administrativo deja mucho que desear, por 3 días me dieron diferentes explicaciones para hacer una reservación en el restaurante japonés que todas eran diferentes para enterarme que nunca iban al villa la estancia y había que hacerla en flamingos Ya que nos quejamos nos dieron la reservación. La comida en todos los restaurantes estuvo de lo mejor deliciosa. Los bares son pocos, antes de las 11 no pueden ni dar agua. Después de las 6 cierran y tienes que ir al bar de la casona, pero no puedes entrar mojado. Pocas opciones Eso de tener que firmar en cada restaurante o bar es un gorro teniendo el brazalete de todo incluido. El servicio al cuarto dejo mucho que desear Se tardaban mucho A unos amigos no les dejaban nada en el frigobar aunque lo pidieran en varias ocasiones.

It's a great property. IF you stay there is a MUST to get the ALL INCLUSIVE package. Otherwise vacation will be extremely expensive. Also, I do understand they want to sell the apartments/suites, but if customer decide to cancel to attend presentation for any reason, the person who schedule you SHOUD NOT get upset and/or change her attitude towards you. Other than that is great this property.

The resort is well maintained and the general common area are well kept and clean. The place is amazing if you get a unit that’s as beautiful as what we got.(although the dishwasher was broken, only one phone in the huge condo worked, the internet modem was broken had to wait for IT to fix,took 3 days). The pool was large and amazing and the guacamole and chips and the shrimp skewers where the go to food items on the menu. The pool staff, the wait staff, bar, all top notch! Best in the business! The let down was the food. The two breakfast buffets was all cold, was never told I could order food from menu, but paid for in package. the room service food was cold. Even the fine restaurants on the property was terrible! The “Steak house”couldn’t cook at steak medium rare if their life depended on it “piano entertainment was atrocious, novice at best and music off key, Japanese sushi restaurant was disgusting. Don’t fall “exclusive breakfast” invite (already paid in all inclusive package), its a timeshare “don’t call it a time share” scam she, the “concierge” misrepresents. Also checkout scam, they will charge you a “night service” of different $$ charges everyday. They can’t explain what it is, then said it was gratuity fee! I said I paid $400 in cash tips to everyone that came into contact with! he said oh its service fee ******* contract, I reviewed docu. and nothing of the sort. My extended family that has been going there for a decade confirmed that didn’t make sense

No tiene suficientes restaurantes, se tienen que compartir con otro hotel, la atención de algunos empleados básicamente hostess de los restaurantes es de mala gana, la calidad de los alimentos puede mejorar. La atención de los meseros y encargados del área de alberca es extraordinaria. Es muy fastidioso que al llegar te quieran vender membresias con supuestos regalos.

El lugar es sumamente agradable si tu intención es ir a descansar o un plan de vacaciones familiares con hijos pequeños. La alberca es pequeña y aunque tienes acceso a la alberca del hotel vecino el espacio se vuelve complicado en temporada alta. Los camastros son pocos, y se nota que la disponibilidad de los mismos está sujeta a que le caiga$ bien a los que están cuidando la alberca y la playa.

Hice la reservación por recomendación de *******, el personal atento, pero muy poca variedad de alimentos. Es muy aburrido, no hay nada para hacer en las noches, tienes que ir al hotel de al lado. Caro para lo que te ofrecen. Esta muy limpio pero muy aburrido. Todo te quieren cobrar, all inclusive tampoco es.
