舒適套房飯店-烏爾班納香檳大學城(Comfort Suites Urbana Champaign, University Area)

Checked into my room. Got in and immediately used the restroom... toilet wouldn't flush. I was exhausted and in a hurry to get to my daughter's soccer game so I took the cover off the back and tried to flush still wouldn't flush. I took my bag back down to the reception and her response to me was " Well if you take the back off..." Yeah, I shouldn't have to do that. Instead of getting a new room, she proceeded to take me back up to the room and "show" me how to flush the toilet and that "Most guests think you need to pull the chain but you pull the bar" Actually you pull the lever like a normal toilet. The fact that this all happened and is clearly a frequent occurrence is baffling to me. Aside from that if you look around the room/lobby you are getting the landlord special. Pictures are absolutely deceiving. Any reviews highly rating this place have to be paid. No way would I stay here or recommend it to someone else.

Mold visible in bathroom above mirror and on ceiling and usb charging ports did not work. Told front desk staff - they said would look at it- no one ever came to check it out.

We got our money back and left within the 1st hour of being there. The first room they gave us stunk so bad of pot that my kids wouldn't even go in. I'm pretty sure we all would have been high if we stayed there. The second room they gave us had a king bed and couch which we had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and couch since there is 6 of us. Then she got us to another room which had stains on the curtains and bed. The beds were old and nasty with sheets that were barely covering the mattress. My kids were begging to leave. We were only staying 1 night so we told the kids we would be ok for 1 night. We went down to use the pool and hot tub. The hot tub had black scum floating all around the edges. It was disgusting! Then we look over and a little boy is peeing in the pool with his parents sitting right there. I wasn't about to let me child swim in his pee. We went back to the room and asked for a refund. We left and found a much better, cleaner place to stay. This is only the second time in my life that I have left a hotel after arriving. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The girl at the front desk was helpful and polite which we appreciated!

房間與圖片完全不一樣；地板又髒又粘（他們不提供拖鞋，所以需要避免地毯上的某些區域）；天花板多處開裂，RCA 電視反應緩慢，屏幕頂部和底部有一些粘糊糊的東西。房間裡的空氣很悶，呼吸困難。浴室裡的毛巾很乾淨，但氯氣味道很重。除此之外，早餐、停車位和位置還不錯（開車到伊利尼聯盟和 Campustown 大約 5 分鐘）。這家酒店看起來很舊而且沒有維護。

這家酒店總體評分為 9 分，但它並不是 9 分。房間和走廊有強烈的化學氣味。早餐很糟糕，食物要么是冷的，要么煮得太熟，要么已經賣完了。咖啡甚至是冷的。對內德進行一些維護和修飾。積極的一面是，工作人員很好，床很舒服。

This is our go to when visiting U of I. Whole nothing fancy, it is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, pool and spa are well maintained and breakfast is adequate at a very fair price. Location is perfect; close to campus but just off the busy areas so it’s nice and quiet. Only thing is that word is getting around and this place is always crowded whenever we stay; but they keep it clean and quiet hours are enforced. Nice place for the money, we will be back

無論是我自己還是與家人一起入住 Comfort Suites，我都喜歡。事實上，我無論走到哪裡都在尋找 CS。我喜歡這裡提供熱早餐，而且床總是很舒服。我睡得很好，我以為我是在家裡。工作人員高效且友好。我推薦CS。
