鳶尾花園飯店(Iris Garden Inn)

A few things .. Checkin lady was very nice and helpful the complete stay. Room 225 * Smell was horrible. After the 1st night I finally found the problem. The small fridge had rotten ice cream sandwiches. Closet door handle was broke off . And left behind ice bucket Inside the side table we found the alarm clock and old food wrappers On bed skirt . I don't even wanna know what's on it Something nasty on the blind . Mirror..sink front and bathroom door There is a dental stick in the window seal I left it there looks pretty old. They charge you a 50 dollar damage deposit that's the only reason I really took notice of all the issues besides the smell cause that you couldn't miss. When I 1st went down to say something about these things the 2 ladies at the desk seemed offended that I was saying something about it . ( this was before I found the smell myself) Once I found the smell and we went back to desk the original lady that checked us in was at the desk and I asked her to have the fridge removed . The room smells alot better. Anyway. Unfortunately. I would not stay here again and don't recommend.

There were a few tiny things that should be looked at that would make a difference to most guests. Just a few minutes of touch up paint here and there would be a plus. Getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor the wall directly ahead needs one brush stroke as an example. It's a small thing but it creates a little "oh oh" feeling when a detail like that isn't addressed. You start to wonder if the lobby looks great but the real reason for being there might be less then hoped for. As it turns out everything really was fine and the room was clean and very acceptable to me. Good breakfast area etc. Just a small suggestion but they teach everywhere these days that little things matter and they do.

Checked in but room was very dirty. Staff was very accomodating and understanding. Gave us another room, but still very dirty. We didnt feel comfortable staying and checked out. Staff was nice though. The outside smell was TERRIBLE with the paper factory. Wont book there again.

When we checked in, we were given a room that looks as if maybe an employee used to take a nap in. It looked as if it were cleaned but a couple of the pillows in the bed were out of place, and in the restroom there was pee in the toilet and a used wash cloth by the sink. When I went back and explained this to the lady at the front desk, she did not say one word to me other than this is your new room number.

Found a roach in my room. Website said they had a pool which they didn’t. First room they gave us was not clean and had no carpet and ring around the tub. I protested and was given a better room. Each employee gave different answers to questions. The owner wouldn’t give us even a partial refund so we could leave and find a better hotel. Second morning I couldn’t find anyone at the desk or in the vicinity of the breakfast area to refill the butter for my waffle so I had to get it myself from the refrigerator in the back. Their website seems very outdated.

1st room has couple problems so they chaged the room.But new room has another new problems too. So we 4 of womens knee down in the bath tub to wash our face next morning even it is new room that they chaged 1st room. Staff was nice .But they really need good maintenance each room.

Three rooms before one that was clean enough. Wasn’t clea. But better than the first two that had puke and mildew in them. The whole place smelled horrible and was just gross

Good for the price, but limited dining. The area around the hotel is rough. Lots of holes and broken things in the room. Not throughly cleaned.
