We saved for a year to take this trip, the room was breathtaking and when I walked in I thought the bad reviews I read are wrong, this is worth every penny. When he got back with no success, finally I’m being taken seriously, he said let me look one more time. And we’ll call the police if I can’t find it. When he came back after a bit and said he found it in a completely different place two floors I told my wife surely the manager will call and make it right in the morning.Nope, tried calling and eventually had to go find her myself, all for $26 refund, a late checkout, and 2 hours which we $$$
