河街旅館-限成人入住(River Street Inn)

Great location, free happy hour drinks and snacks as well as afternoon treats in the lobby. Reception was not very friendly.

Wow, how to begin. The hotel and rooms are quite beautiful and the never ending view along the river with the almost constant movement of gigantic ships, is mesmerized. The location is also perfect with enough restaurants and shops within close proximity that you can find plenty to keep occupied even on the occasional rainy day. Now, with all that said, a caveat to any travelers wanting any semblance of rest. The second floor rooms are pure nigh**are. There appears to be some sort of a supply room on that floor. The staff likes to use it for rather loud gossip and partying and when not in use by the staff, there apparently is a bowling league practice in there! The noise from tables and chairs and dishes being moved around at times even late into the night is just aggregating! The walls offer absolutely NO help in reducing the racket. Would we return to River Street Inn again? YES! As a matter of fact, we can't wait to return but, only if we would be guaranteed a room on the 4th or 5th floor!

Système de valet parking peu efficace et très cher. Odeur d'urine très forte dans la chambre (venant du système de ventilation!). Nous avons dû éteindre le chauffage pour cette raison. Pas de restaurant à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Des travaux tout autour très bruyant. Un point positif: très bien situé dans le Historic District avec une belle vue sur le fleuve! Pour cette raison, mon coeur balance...

We saved for a year to take this trip, the room was breathtaking and when I walked in I thought the bad reviews I read are wrong, this is worth every penny. We attended the concert we came to see, I had already paid for parking at the concert but because it’s hard to park and we had a great spot so we Uber’s. When we got back to the hotel we went to grab my wife’s charger out the car it was gone. Panicked me and my wife went to the front desk, asked about our car and the lady receptionist didn’t know and acted like it wasn’t a big deal but she went and got another man. He brought me My keys and we had to walk two blocks at 1 am it’s freezing, we get over to where the car is supposed to be and it’s nowhere to be found. Panic grows as we check floor after floor, When we can’t find it on the bottom floor my wife is on the verge of having an anxiety attack, she falls, twisting her ankle on the curb and badly scraping her knees. We go back to tell the guy our car isn’t there, He asked if we looked at the spot on ticket and he goes to look. When he got back with no success, finally I’m being taken seriously, he said let me look one more time. And we’ll call the police if I can’t find it. When he came back after a bit and said he found it in a completely different place two floors I told my wife surely the manager will call and make it right in the morning.Nope, tried calling and eventually had to go find her myself, all for $26 refund, a late checkout, and 2 hours which we $$$

Had a wonderful stay at the river street inn. Building and architecture is absolutely beautiful! Guest services experience was great, every employee we met was pleasant and friendly and very helpful, willing to help with directions and made suggestions on tours and where to eat. Will definitely stay again next time we visit savannah

Very old historic building centrally located overlooking River Street. Top tier room was comfortable yet small. The old hardwood floors were nice but not very clean. There was a lot of noise from the hallways and from the street below. This was no fault of the hotel, just how it is. The hotel staff was very friendly but houskeeping should have done a better job cleaning the floor. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay at this historic old building. If you are looking for a time warp of old Savannah this is a great place to stay.

Great hotel. One of my favorite stays at any hotel ever. Bradley, Nicole, and the whole staff were awesome. The location is great. Our room looked out onto the river which was really cool. We’re pretty sure that our room, #521, was *******, and I have always been very skeptical of ghost claims. I kept securely latching a cabinet, and I’d come back later and it would be open, even my wife wasn’t in the room. We ate at Tubby’s, an on-site restaurant, and it was great. The hotel happy hour was great. 5 to 7 (and beyond) — David and Denise (may have her name wrong) were awesome hosts. It was just a great experience.

This is a very unique hotel. We loved how it was in an historic building right on the river. There was a happy hour for hotel guests and we were able to sit in rocking chairs on the veranda enjoying the late afternoon light with our drinks and light snacks! The room was well appointed, with quirky furnishings and decor, like a lamp in the shape of a red winged lion. Staff was generally helpful, although not always at the desk or valet station when we approached. Biggest drawback was the noise--the nighttime noise from the street (we were on second floor) went on until at least 11, and there was a mechanical thump (elevator? something else?) that repeated all throughout the night. Certainly a charming space, but consider the possibility for noise if you are looking for an undisturbed restful night.
