酒店位置稍偏，不過也可以步行到Midtown等商業區，房間新，超級大且暖氣超足，微波爐、冰箱、咖啡機一應俱全，衞生也很不錯，早餐就是Holiday inn express的一貫標準，營養充足吃飽沒問題，不過吃好就那麼回事，餐廳早餐可以打包，很人性化。
退房時和前台聊了一下，我居然是近幾年酒店唯一入住的中國人。

Poor customer service. Called the day before to try to switch room already booked. Pool and hot tub very disappointed and disgusted lots of floaters in poorl long dark hair and spit as well who knows what and management does not assess issues stated you booked online so my hands are tied. No service at all for overall customer satisfaction!

Enjoyed my short stay, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, coffee was very good. Lots of morning staff working to accommodate everyone. Can't really say anything bad about my stay. Will be booking at this location again soon!

They have a hot tub and pool, rooms are clean, great breakfast. Short staffed (pool had no clean towels even after two different guests asked for some and there were wet, used ones all over the place.... picked up 4 to put in dirty bin just to get them away from the hot tub), room doors are harder to open and slam loudly at all hours waking you up repeatedly.

The room was clean and well appointed. Train tracks beside the hotel only heard the train once over 3 days. The area is not exactly the nicest, it is in an older part of town where there is clear evidence of substance abusers loitering around. Never felt unsafe just an observation of the area and people that walked bye.

I was uncomfortable with the way a manager spoke to the shuttle driver about not pushing his chair in to the table when he got up. Staff may need to be told, but tact, privacy and tone of voice are important. I shouldn’t hear someone being reprimanded when I’m across a room.

Hotel staff member tried to remove wife and newborn child at a time prior to a granted late check out was granted night prior. Woman was vulgar and threatening. I was in meetings and was back one hour early from agreed upon check out time of 2pm. Horrible people skills
