Firstly, I paid extra to get a room with private bathroom and Inn approved it but when I was checking in, the inn did not provide with that as they were “Confused” while looking at my booking.
Secondly, the night manager has no idea about the proceedings and could not help me with anything. He could only give me keys of room which was available and not which I booked.
Thirdly, the morning receptionist was so rude when I asked her about my refund and did not even attend me properly. She has no concern for me as a customer and until now I have not received my confirmation of refund or even an apology from the inn.
This is the worst customer service ever received in any of my stays.
