薩里格爾梅L飯店(L Hotel Sarigerme)

Very loud place. The restaurant manager was yelling and thinking it is a fun for the guests. The food is average, very few Turkish options. Rooms are clean and with a good design. Very close to the airport. It was a temporary stay for a few hours for me so cannot valuate breakfast

В настоящий момент нахожусь в отеле. Миниотель. Есть и плюсы и минусы. Номера чистые, девочки убирающие номера - молодцы. Завтрак вполне, континентальный, только каждый день омлет - закукарекаешь). Хотелось бы чтоб хоть иногда было что-то другое. Территории у отеля нет - все номера с выходом и окнами на бассейн, т е вплотную к бассейну. Анимация в отеле заключается в игре и выпивке в баре у бассейна до утра и спать поэтому не возможно. Девочки на ресепшене приветливые. А вот парень на ресепшене очень неуважительно разговаривает с клиентами. Это недопустимо. При оплате на ресепшене их чека из бара наличными чек не выдает. Когда я спросила его про чек, ему не понравилось. Я настояла, т к потом при выезде как доказать, что я уже оплачивала, - он распечатал просто бумажку из компьютера(не чек) с недовольным лицом. На следующий день ситуация повторилась. В ресторане мне приписали в счёт, то что я не заказывала - чужую выпивку, пиво, чипсы. Время дорого. На отдыхе - особенно, чтобы тратить время на разборки с персоналом, который не хочет делать свою работу. Кроме того, ночью отдыхающие в отеле англичане до 3.00 часов ночи тусили в баре - ор, крики - спать невозможно, т к как писала бассейн вплотную к номерам. О ночной гулянке сказала парню на ресепшене, попросив его не допускать такого(он должен попросить других гостей не шуметь, если это в 3 часа утра). Он проигнорировал мою просьбу, сказав что он знать ничего не хочет, "давай, до свидания ". Это недопустимое поведение со стороны персонала. Хамство, игнор. А ресепшен - это лицо отеля.

L hotel sarigerme, beautiful relaxing break, rooms are really good especially swim up , the pool is very nice, only problem was my mum couldn't access it as has little ladders and she has knee problems. Big clean rooms with good attention to detail even toothbrush and toiletries available, little fridge tea/coffee facility. Best is the team Simon and Ali take center stage and really go the extra mile but all the team are really Really professional with a big big emphasis on friendly. The beach is a little walk one direction and village the opposite lots of restaurants and shops really had the most relaxing holiday with lots of great trips . Hotel organised taxi for us to different locations and the return taxi back Totally wonderful 😊

What a lovely hotel! Perfect location being only a short walk to the village in one direction and the beach in the other. Rooms are very clean and modern with comfortable beds. The staff are amazing. Ali and the team couldn’t do enough for us. It was like staying with family. And if you like cats the hotel has it’s own regulars that are there at all times of the day to join you relaxing by the pool.

We Stayed at the L hotel 15th to 22nd September. Arrived late and immediately greeted from the receptionist. He quickly booked us in and took us to our room. He also offered to make us food. The room was very clean and it had ample space.we had a swim up room. During our stay the rooms where cleaned every day to a good standard. Around the pool area was clean. The bar area was spotless and the staff are fantastic. The breakfast was Turkish they would also offer eggs cooked to your choice. We had lunch most days with no complaints. And had some evening meals which where fantastic. The staff are supper and a huge shout out to Thomas he was brilliant. The manager was was very nice. He even dropped us of to the beach in his car, thank you for that. Would I stay at the L hotel again. I absolutely would and will be back same time next year.

We stayed at L Hotel for 11 nights at the end of July. We had a lovely stay in one of the swim up rooms. The kids loved it. The boys had bunkbeds which were lovely and it felt like they were separated from ourselves with the sliding door. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The breakfast got a little repetitive as it was the same each day although it was nice. It was a nice short walk into sarigerme which we did most nights. We usually had lunch in the hotel and we ventured out in the evening. Lots of restaurants to chose from. We did end up in one of the corner rooms where you shared your space with 3 other rooms. For the time we were there we only shared it with one other family, as it seemed the family in the corner never used the outside space. On our last day another family arrived in the corner room and it was very busy. There wasn't enough room for 3 family's to relax and sunbathe. I feel that this would of impacted our holiday massively if we had all been there for the 11 nights. It seems unfair to charge these rooms the same price as the other rooms as the main appeal of this hotel is getting your own swim up. On the last day we had a late check out and paid €40 to keep a room. This was an upstairs room which was also very nice. Overall this is a lovely hotel and great location. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Modern hotel, clean and good breakfast. It was too cold for us to swim but the water looked lovely. Very easy to find beach (5 min drive). We were there in the very low season so the hotel was nearly empty. Staff was very kind though.

We only stayed a night before catched a flight from Dalaman airport which is only 20 mins away. The hotel itself is clean and functional however for the one night we stayed we had no power the whole hotel lost power in all rooms during the night into the morning which was difficult as we have a 2 year old daughter
