如果你想確保四星級的服務，飯店需要重新裝修，尤其是房間。房間很舊，床單很差，浴室套件也不存在。 70 年代的吹風機，房間裡沒有水壺，可以在雪天度過一天後喝茶或咖啡。清潔程度沒有想像中的四星級飯店好。所有這一切的價格都非常高，即使對於該地區也是如此。水療中心很小，但可以保證前往 200 公尺外的游泳池中心。早餐很好，餐廳經過重新裝修，令人愉快，工作人員友善且樂於助人。位於中心且非常方便的位置。罪！

Ho alloggiato in uno degli appartamenti. Al mio arrivo i riscaldamenti erano spenti (potete immaginare la temperatura di questo periodo). All’accensione, il riscaldamento in camera non risulta funzionante, in più la doccia è impraticabile in quanto è completamente otturata e dopo 30 sec. l’acqua fuoriesce fino alla porta di entrata. In più in tutto l’appartamento ci sono ragnatele penzolanti, polvere a più non posso e ragni itineranti. Chiedo cambio camera, mi riferiscono che non è possibile, verifico sul sito e le camere sono disponibili. Segnalo problematiche, ma appuro totale indifferenza. Ovviamente la pulizia dell’appartamento viene fatta pagare profumatamente. Sconsigliato.

Prima volta all'hotel Krone. Ubicazio centralussima.Camere spaziose e confortevoli. Colazione varia, cena con prodotti di qualità e ricercatezza. Personale gentilissimo e ottimo parcheggio. La Brixen card permette di non usare la macchina. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura molto bella, stanza grandissima, bagno molto ampio, posizione ottima, direttamente al centro di Bressanone. Purtroppo in stanza non c'è il condizionatore, ma solo un piccolo ventilatore e questa estate è stata molto calda. Purtroppo la finestra dava in strada e spesso si sentivano rumori anche notturni.

Dopo cinque giorni di permanenza in questo albergo credo, appunto, che nelle semplici tre parole del titolo siano racchiusi i principali (ma non gli unici) meriti di questa struttura: situato in pieno centro, ma con possibilità di lasciare l'auto in garage essendo l'hotel nell'isola pedonale, si ha la possibilità di girare a piedi per quella magnifica cittadina qual'e' Bressanone e gustarne così ogni più caratteristico sito senza aver l'assillo di trovare un parcheggio! E poi camere confortevoli con una magnifica vista, coccole da parte di tutto lo staff, massima attenzione ad ogni richiesta fatta, colazioni e cene davvero ricche e varie, ebbene direi che non si può desiderare di meglio soprattutto se si tiene sempre ben presente il rapporto prezzo/qualità! In ultimo una menzione speciale per il sig. Eros, una persona veramente speciale che cerca sempre, riuscendoci benissimo, di risolvere prontamente ogni tuo piccolo problema! Grazie di cuore per la vostra squisita accoglienza...e arrivederci alla prossima visita di Bressanone!

Sehr zentral gelegenes Business-Hotel mit TG und gutem Service. Das Restaurant mit Außenbereich ist sehr groß und bietet eine reiche Auswahl an Speisen zu noch akzeptablen Preisen.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura che non conoscevo e sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito. Posizione centrale ma non arrivano assolutamente rumori dalla strada, camera quadrupla spaziosissima, area benessere piccola ma funzionale, colazione molto varia e con prodotti di qualità e personale molto gentile. Quando sarò in zona ci tornerò sicuramente.

當我們在網站上看到克朗酒店時，我們認為我們會喜歡這個地方，因為它地理位置優越，就在舊城區的大門外，設有內部停車場和涼爽、現代的客房。所以我有點失望，因為我們入住時房間已經被訂滿了，可能是因為山地自行車節的原因。所以我們要求的山景房間結果是一樓的大房間，可以看到附近教堂的花園。實際上我們看不到風景，因為我們的房間與同一樓層的幾個房間共用同一個後院，所以我們不得不拉上窗簾以保護隱私。我們發現房間裡有一張雙人床和一張雙層床，對兩個人來說太大了。有孩子的家庭可能會喜歡這個房間。我問接待處，那是唯一可用的房間。畢竟，房間很酷而且很現代。每個枕頭上都放了一個蘋果。它們味道不錯！我們喜歡明亮乾淨的浴室，配有強力、清爽的花灑淋浴。設施很少。房間整體乾淨，寢具整齊、精緻。然而，在沙發上發現了一些麵包屑。自助早餐是標準的，有很多選擇。咖啡來自自動濃縮咖啡機。我們也喜歡停車位，可以從我們的房間直接透過電梯方便地到達。

This hotel is centrally located just out of the old town, so most attractions, shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Being rated 4* (which is about right) they have some strange practises, such as charging for bath robes. We had booked a superior room with balkony which was quite spacious, particularly the bathroom. Breakfast was average and unfeeling. Whilst parking in the hotel's garage is only charged at €10, the room prices are rather steep.
