The room was flooded when we got there, water had leaked out into the bathroom and onto the carpet and it smelt. We were moved into a different room which we appreciated, however the worker seemed very aggravated about this which showed in how they treated us. This worker was very abrasive. They failed to tell me when the breakfast deadline was and when I asked to order they were very rude and condescending and said 'you know you need to pay for it you know' which I already knew- it was written on the form I had filled out. They agreed to do breakfast and then seconds later changed their mind and began berating me saying "I'm so busy you know...there's a reason there's a deadline and I told you." All four people I stayed with did not recall him telling us about this deadline. When I said "all good sorry" and began to walk out he continued to berate me even after I closed the door. I am extremely disappointed as I was polite when I asked for breakfast, this worker could have simply said "sorry, it's too late" but instead they berated me like a school child. It was also frustrating that this worker who was "very busy" was sitting on the countertop looking into space when I came in to order. A friend ordered breakfast in a different room received it at 8pm the night before, ordered grain toast and received white toast. When they checked the food was meant for breakfast, the worker berated them and said in a mocking tone "no, you need to toast it yourself." Very disappointed.
