薩拉託加泉市中心歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs Downtown)

Stayed at this hotel recently and it was almost a five-star experience! The place was lovely, but it seems we missed a wild water escapade – never saw the water, just the aftermath. The staff were in full ‘cleanup mode’ with fans running everywhere, giving off a bit of a blockbuster disaster movie vibe. Even with the pipe drama, everything else was top-notch. A bit of a rollercoaster with the water pressure, but that’s just a minor quibble. Would definitely stay again – fingers crossed the waterworks are all sorted by then!

Hampton Inn and Suites in downtown is my go-to place to stay in Saratoga Springs NY. Beautiful building. Comfortable clean rooms. Perfect location. Efficient friendly staff. Good price. Highly recommended.

We were early and the desk attendant (Sydney) was so helpful. She got us in our room (with an added balcony at no extra charge) immediately! AND offered us tickets to the race track another guest wasn't using! Later we asked for restaurant suggestions and (Amy) directed us to Druthers, which was walking distance & delish! As we left for the next day's adventure, the desk attendant (super friendly and helpful didn't catch his name) offered us bottled water and snacks, which we took gratefully. The king size bed in our room was wonderful & comfy, plenty of towels and a sparkling clean bathroom. We are defiantly coming back!

The check-in was painful- I use ********** but the person checking in took over 10 minutes to help me figure it out and she was not very polite considering I am a Hiltons Honor memeber

This clean, pretty property in the center of Saratoga is truly a pleasure. I will certainly stay here again.

Get to site, had to pay for parking, housekeeping didn’t show up to our room, pool towels were stained.

There was no restaurant guide in the room, or phone book. We were not familiar with the area. The staff did make some suggestions, but the restaurant we went to, while convenient, was underwhelming. We would have chosen somewhere else had we known where to look.
