We booked our stay through **********, as we feel that pricing is less. We weren't sure how long we were going to stay in town, as we came in on a family emergency. Our first couple of nights we were overcharged by $150. When we brought to the front desks attention, he asked us for confirmation of rates through Hotels. My husband emailed the information to him and he took care of it. We had to follow up with him however.
We ended up staying another 4 nights, and we were overcharged again. It took some time, but we were credited back.
The hotel is under construction so that is a bit noisy as well as annoying. Sometimes both elevators worked, sometimes they didn't.
I will say that those that worked at the front desk were for the most part helpful. We did not require any additional services so I can't speak to that. We have stayed at several IHG hotels this past month and never had to pay $12.95 for breakfast. That seemed a little steep. We passed on this. We did know others that stayed at the same time we did and they received complimentary breakfast coupons. This was not offered to us.
The stay would probably have been more pleasant if the hotel was not under construction, which I was told would be another 10 months or so.
