北聖托裡尼 - 奢華 Spa 飯店(North Santorini - A Luxury Spa Hotel)

Villa avec piscine et jacuzzi . Le cadre est magnifique , la villa est très bien agencée . On a pas pu profiter de la piscine car trop froide en cette période mais le jacuzzi extérieur est très appréciable . Le personnel est au petit soin pour vous et disponible pour toutes les attentions. Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif.

Siamo stati qui non per dormire ma per fare una giornata nella loro piscina panoramica. È stato tutto bellissimo! Il personale è gentilissimo e super efficiente. Hanno risposto alla mia mail di richiesta informazioni sui pacchetti di ingresso giornalieri in tempi rapidissimi. Abbiamo prenotato un pacchetto elegance, che con 40€ a persona (eravamo 6) ci permetteva di avere lettino, ingresso nella piscina panoramica, teli piscina per tutti, 3 macedonie e 3 acque. Quando siamo arrivati, sono stati così carini e gentili da farci un upgrade gratuito. Dato che i lettini proprio a bordo piscina erano liberi, pur essendo più cari ce li hanno lasciati usare allo stesso costo del pacchetto elegance. Lo abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo! Le macedonie che ci hanno portato erano buonissime. Abbiamo anche pranzato e bevuto dei cocktails li. Tutto buonissimo!! Inoltre la struttura è veramente pazzesca e la piscina panoramica è mozzafiato. Insomma, se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi e godere di una vista incredibile, questo è il posto giusto!!

The view is absolutely stunning but that’s it. They are punching above their weights in everything they offer and the qualityprice is horrible. The breakfast service is a joke. Not a single morning did we get what we ordered (always something missing or something wrong when it did not take 30 minutes to arrive). I feel sorry for the people at the reception who are good and try to help you do the booking outsides. They position as a ‘luxury hotel’ but this is luxury for people who never experienced what this word means. Manager absent and let his untrained team drown in in-organization. I think these things are fine in a motel but not in an hotel which charges the fee they do. The restaurant which offers fusion cuisine is mediocre at best. Loud music non stop at the pool (not very relaxing is it ?) and have to share the space with people who pay a daily entrance fee (lol). Cherry on the cake: you can’t open the umbrella when there is too much wind. Maybe one solution would be to install proper furniture adapted to the windy condition the island has ? The pool is not heated and can be cold. Again Nice hotel for the view but don’t book if you’re looking to do something else than hanging around in the room. Not living up to expectations to say the least.

Magnifique hôtel, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et offrant une vue incroyable sur l’ile, pour le lever et le coucher du soleil, ce qui n’est pas commun. Le staff est formidable, d’une grande gentillesse et extrêmement pro. Ils rendent le séjour totalement différent.

Petit déjeuner extraordinaire Vue incroyablebelle salle de sport Les - Réception pas à l'écoute de nos demandes Une soirée ultra bruyante sans nous prévenir à pourri la soirée... avec un bébé... un bonheur! Piscine non chauffée qui mériterait de l'être.. .

Un hôtel superbe mais malheureusement le service déplorable pour un 5* pas de possibilité de room service pour le p’tit dej ou alors 15€ par pers. Pas d eau en bouteilles dans les chambres sinon à payer alors que l eau n’est pas potable! Le directeur un odieux personnage mal poli et irrespectueux! Le nobu ou le Nikki Beach voilà des vrais beaux hotels de Santorin avec un vrai service où nos amis ont séjourné! Nous avions 17 chambres au north satorini pour le mariage de mon fils et tout le monde a été mal traité par ce directeur incompétent! Quelle honte de traiter les gens avec mépris alors que le prix des chambres est très élevé! Ce directeur devrait quitter l hôtel pour que les clients reviennent! Quelle tristesse!

Εξαιρετικές γεύσεις στο ‘’βορρά’’ του νησιού που πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να δοκιμάσεις αν είσαι λάτρης της Fussion κουζίνας και του κρέατος δίπλα στη πισίνα, με θέα την Ανάφη κι όλη την πεδιάδα του νησιού..!!!

WOW! WOW! WOW! North has to be one of the most incredible hotels on the island - and it’s not just us who agreed - everyone we spoke to locally, agreed too! We stayed in North as we got married 5 minutes away in the Gem during our stay. We stayed in a premium private suite (room 102) and this suite was out of this world! It was so private, not overlooked at all and the design was perfect. The hotel itself has been designed with such high standards and it’s beautiful to look at in every direction. The restaurant where you have breakfast is gorgeous and the views are spectacular. We were given a sheet every morning to select our breakfast choices which was then provided quickly. We even had a floating breakfast on the morning of our wedding and it was perfect. The service by all staff is impeccable and everyone is there to help in any way they can. The hotel works through WhatsApp which makes life so much easier - you can order room service, drinks, taxis through WhatsApp. It’s a simple yet effective way to make your holiday even more relaxing. The hotel even decorated our room with rose petals and champagne when we returned from our wedding. We had the best experience and stay we have ever had and we cannot thank you all enough! Thank you for the most magical stay - and we already can’t wait to come back next year! 🤍🫶🏻

What a great place. Picked up from the airport , greeted by greek goddesses on reception who sorted everything , oriented us to the Island and places to visit. The Villa was amazing , clean and had the best bed and linen, amazing night sleep. The staff were amazing throughout the stay from reception , spa and restaurant . The food was amazing , fresh and top class. The Villa was great , loved being in the jacuzzi and just looking at the amazing view across the island Thank you for looking after us north Santorini your staff where amazing .
