戈爾戈納別墅(Gorgona Villas)

Esperienza allucinante. Pacchetto soggiorno e prima colazione in camera superior hotel 4 stelle acquistato “caro” con Eden Alpitour. Camera sporchissima, letto per due da una piazza e mezzo con materasso rotto e cuscini di gomma altissimi … puzza di fogna permanente. No cambio asciugami, no pulizie, nessun servizio, copriasse wc rotto, frigobar arrugginito e vuoto…, colazione in porzioni da bambole e servita senza alcuna protezione … zero igiene. Formiche su letto, pareti, ovunque. Un addetto housekeeping ci ha rubato anche gli AirPods che poi siamo riusciti a rintracciare grazie alla localizzazione. Unico aspetto positivo la posizione e la vista sulla caldera. Siamo letteralmente scappate in una vera struttura 4 stelle. Foto del sito non veritiere. La stanza che ci e’ stata data considerando quanto sopra e’ di livello 1 stella. Per carità !

We had a great few days here. Faye on reception was so helpful and friendly - that lady works so hard! The chaps that carried our bags and trays of breakfast up and down the steps must have had calves of steel! Location was great, off the main path but amazing views and close to the shops/road for catching taxis etc. Lovely to have the little pool and your own terrace to sit on. Room was large and pleasant - not damp due to the dehumidifiers running. And to have breakfast - a vast array to choose from - brought up and set out on your terrace every morning - was just a joy!

We were meant to go to Skiathos however due to storm Daniel our holiday was cancelled by Jet2 & we were able to re book & go to Santorini. We arrived in the early hours of the morning so waking up with the views of the Caldera was amazing! Breakfast on our balcony every day was a delight. The villas are in an excellent location , every day we walked to Fira & caught a bus to Kamari & then in the evening watched the sunset from various locations overlooking the Caldera. The room was small but comfortable , clean, fresh towels daily , air conditioning , it had a safe & a small kitchen area. The staff were all very friendly & helpful & the breakfast was perfect. We had been to Santorini several years ago & found the island just as beautiful but like everything these days more expensive. We had some lovely meals / drinks mainly around Imerovigli. We would highly suggest Gorgona Villas & would love to return again in the future.

Our room and location exceeded expectations. The view outside our window was heaven. Faye, the hotelier, was incredibly helpful and gave excellent recommendations for dinners, excursion packages, and assistance on logistics when departing. She really took her time with each guest and was incredibly caring. The hotel room was very clean and refreshed daily, as well as their entire property. All of the staff was very friendly and quick to help with bags or escorting us so we wouldn’t get lost. Breakfasts were served directly to our room each morning and they were very delicious with lots of options. We enjoyed the locations for several reasons. The view was beautiful, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, lots of sunset locations, all of which were peaceful and free from the chaos of other locations. And the ambiance was rich. We enjoyed listening to distant live music from our private-outdoor balcony at night. Sometimes it would be quiet piano playing, or singing. Nothing ever too loud, and the rooms were silent. A very peaceful location and hotel. We also enjoyed using the plunge pool. It was a nice way to cool off at the end of a day of sightseeing, before heading off to dinner. She helped us arrange a catamaran afternoon excursion that ended in a sunset cruise with a beautiful view of the sunset. There were only 16 passengers on the sailboat total, and they were all really nice and friendly. And we enjoyed the chance to stop and swim at so many different spots around the caldera, including the hot springs. Lunch was delicious, and as vegetarians, we appreciated they offering vegetarian options. We also got to see the pink and white beaches, which we would not have been able to see, otherwise. We also got to see the big black rock and other things that can only be seen from the water. Faye also gave us a few recommendations for our first sunset dinner. One of her top pics for us was the White Lounge. We read reviews online, which said the views were great, but the food wasn’t. But we went with it knowing everything is expensive in Santorini, and also, you are paying for the view, especially at sunset. It was the perfect choice for our first sunset in Santorini. This restaurant really has an ideal set-up with so many different spots for all their guests to view the sunset without people obscuring it. The food was also pretty good (again, we are vegetarians and understand we always have limited options) and the staff was very friendly. I especially appreciated the waitress bringing everyone blankets after sunset as it suddenly became chilly!

Faye and her staff were absolutely wonderful. The service was great, the food was great, their attitudes even while working in that heat was amazing. We felt like family and they went above and beyond. The villas were beautiful and they went above and beyond in helping us retrieve delayed luggage from the airport. I will definitely be back to Gorgona the next time we come to Santorini!

Faye and staff were amazing. Faye was very helpful when it came to the area, shopping and transportation. She was a "good mother" while we were there:) The views were breath taking. We would stay here again.
