託羅斯度假村飯店(Tholos Resort)

End of the season.. Somedays no more beers.. Other days no more salade.. And no more ice :) :) Amazing view.. Anna at the reception is a sunshine, the cleaning lady is so sweet and Victor is always there to carry your suitcase.. Which is great considering the stairs! The staff by the pool seems tired and ready to go on holiday which I understand but this is my 5 days holiday in 2 years so I'm a bit frustrated. Not worth it for the price considering what is available just next door.

I had the most phenomenal time at this gorgeous boutique resort on my first visit to Santorini. The location is just perfect and the views from the resort are breathtaking. The hotel management were very accommodating and made sure that my friends and I were well looked after. We had welcome drinks at the pool bar while our room was being prepared. We were greeted by the delightful, Christos at the bar and we had an opportunity to create our own cocktails off the menu! Later dinner was served on the outdoor terrace with the most spectacular views of the sunset. Once again the service was impeccable. My only regret is that I did not stay longer. It was certainly a trip to remember and a resort I’d love to visit again. 😊

The pros: an amazing view from the side of the Caldera from any of the 12 rooms. A delicious, cooked to order breakfast is brought to your room each morning. Very comfortable rooms, and excellent, friendly service. Beautiful pool. Just one small drawback - getting to your room requires about 40 stairs down to reception, and then another 30 stairs down to your room. They take care of your luggage up and back, but on a hot day, it can be tiring! Overall, an amazing experience!

La note de 2 est seulement pour la vue et le personnel. Pour le reste je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. La chambre était extrêmement humide donc les draps du lit n’étaient pas agréables et tous nos vêtements prenaient l’humidité et on devait laisser nos serviettes dehors tout le temps. De plus le lit était petit (on devait être sur un 140x200) et le matelas inconfortable. Nous sommes arrivés en soirée et il manquait des linges de toilettes comme le tapis de bain. Il n’y a rien pour accrocher sa serviette pour l’avoir à portée de main en sortant de la douche. Ensuite la terrasse est minuscule et on a le placard avec les produits de nettoyage donc on avait régulièrement la visite des femmes de ménage le matin donc aucune intimité. Enfin on n’avait pas toujours de l’eau chaude. A 350€ la nuit cela a été une arnaque pour nous et ne mérite pas du tout le 4 étoiles.

O vista do hotel e de tirar o fôlego ! Limpeza impecável, atendimento maravilhoso. Recomendo de olhos fechados Único ponto é que precisa descer escadas para acessar hotel , tem pessoal para subir e descer as malas É possível pedir jantar e almoço na varando do quarto . Ficamos c as crianças na suíte lua de mel que foi ótimo espaço suficiente. Banheiro com produtos Apivita que são de primeira qualidade

Beautiful resort with incredible views and location. No need to fight the crowds to watch the sunset if you stay here! The breakfast was amazing! The room was unique and charming, but not the most practical. There were no shelves or drawers to store clothing, or hooks for towels, and the shower was wide open leaving you feeling exposed, but it was clean and we had a fridge, table and balcony. They brought bottled water daily as well! We arranged airport transportation service (which ended up costing more than quoted on both ways) so you might want to arrange your own, but it was awesome to have help with our luggage up and down the stairs. Overall highly recommend. Oh - and be sure to try the Gyros at “Let’s Eat” nearby.

Advantages of this hotel: Conveniently situated just a 35-minute walk away from Fira, the main town. Spectacular views of the caldera Complimentary breakfast Disadvantages: The room we booked had a hot tub "inside" that was technically separated by glass doors. While it made for beautiful photos, the smell of chlorine permeated the room, causing major discomfort. This led to severe headaches and trouble sleeping. When we inquired about changing rooms due to the smell, the hotel offered us another room for $70 per night. To boot, the hot tub in our room was freezing upon our return at 5 PM. Restoring the temperature required calling the maintenance person who had already left for the other side of the island. We waited for nearly an hour for them to arrive and the hot tub never heated up. Even the next morning it was as cold as a cold pool. The staff at the front desk blamed us for not requesting the hot tub to be warm. Unfortunately a terrible way to end our honeymoon, I would not recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel with beautiful views. We had 2 bedroom Villa with hot tub, nice size rooms great staff and quieter than Oai, which we liked! I think Tholos has the best views and it’s not obstructed by people walking past your room. It’s very close to skaros rock so more hiking if you like! We were there end of April so would have liked hot tub temperatures little more warmer but we still enjoyed it! Aana was wonderful and helped us with everything we needed!
