Siamo stati tre notti al Symphony suite, la nostra camera era la Penelope , quadrupla , 2 stanze e due bagni bellissimi. Stanza silenziosa e parte esterna con piscina idromassaggio. Georgia merita 5 stelle per la sua gentilezza e la sua premura ancor prima del nostro arrivo. Ogni giorno cialde caffe e bottiglia d acqua grande offerte da loro. Ci tornerei sicuramente !!!!

Alojamiento con todas las comodidades, vistas espectaculares del atardecer, a la caldera, a Fira y Oia. Todo muy limpio y como bienvenida te dan botella de vino y agua. En recepción te dan varias opciones en relación a la reserva moto, transfer, etc y además guardan la maleta mientras haya servicio de recepción. Personal es cordial y disponible. El desayuno es abundante y muy bueno. En el check out te dan un souvenir.
La negativo es que es una calle muy transitada y se escucha algo de ruido.

Nous sommes très bien accueillis dès notre arrivées (cocktail + bagages montés en chambre). Notre hôte nous a surclassé avec une chambre énorme, une terrasse avec vue sur la caldeira, et un autre extérieur avec jacuzzi. La chambre est vraiment plus que ce que l’on espérait. Petit déjeuner délicieux et très riche au choix de chacun. Concernant la localisation, nous avons la route en bas, c’était l’une de mes appréhension et finalement nous n’entendons pas grand chose. L’hôte nous propose pleins d’activités à très bons prix et s’intéressent toujours à notre bien être tout comme le personnel en général. En bref, nous avons passé 5 jours de tranquillité, découverte et bien être au sein de cet hôtel. Nous espérons y revenir prochainement.

Reservé a través de voyage privé (primera y última vez por varis motivos) un pack de una semana en este hotel. La habitación asignada ha sido la "peor" del hotel puesto que una carretera de dos carriles situada frente a la misma hace imposible disfrutar de la terraza. Nos quejamos en recepción y nos atendió Georgia (persona encantadora, por cierto) que nos ofreció un up-grade sin cargo a una habitación mucho m@s tranquila. Las habitaciones que dan al acantilado una vez cruzada la carretera son las mejores ya sea por las visitas como por la mayor tranquilidad al dar directamente a la caldera sin obst@culos. La próxima vez reservaré directamente al hotel y el vuelo y coche de alquiler también puesto que voyage privé no ha hecho sus deberes. De sea de pasoel precio a través de voyage privé ha sido mas elevado y de menor calidad que si lo hubiéramos realizado personalmente!

Séjour de rêve dans ce magnifique hôtel. La situation géographique est centrale et permet de rayonner rapidement sur l'ensemble de l'île. La proximité de la route ne nous a posé aucun problème car les chambres sont très bien faites. Nous avons été surclassé à notre arrivée et Georgia a été adorable durant tout notre séjour. Elle a absolument tout gérée/réservée et a veillé à ce que notre séjour soit des plus plaisant. Vous pouvez lui faire entièrement confiance pour vous dénicher de magnifiques restaurants ou l'on mange extrêmement bien. Les hôtels à Santorin sont (globalement) hors de prix. Nous avons trouvé le Symphony Suites d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, au calme de l'effervescence de Fira ou Oia.

I’d like to make it clear that my rating is simply based on the location of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the suite was lovely. However, this hotel is split in two and both sides are on a main very busy uphill road, and the noise of cars and trucks struggling to get up it is constant and very disturbing. You have wonderful views and lovely staff, but you can get this in so many places in santorini that I don’t think I’d recommend that un are able car noise to anyone who wants to stay here sadly. Luckily, our two days here were the two days we spent outside on excursions, otherwise I think I would have checked out shortly after I checked in.

Amazing view, great location (away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to the city centers), very clean and comfortable accommodations with all the amenities), fantastic breakfast brought to our room, outdoor hot tub, and wonderful staff! Would definitely stay here again!!
