정말 방이 깨끗하고 시설이 좋아요.

The hotel is beautiful and this is our 6th visit but the reception staff are appalling. They have zero customer service tranining and are rude and nearly everyone we spoke to at the pool informed us they had the same issue. The problem is management have been aware of this for a long time but still ignore their customers and with my latest complaint I was informed that the Hotel Manager was angry with me for making the complaint which is sad. They also couldn't find our booking which cost a few hours of messing around with the management staff who are quite incompetent.

Our stay and experience was overall Excellent! We stayed during the Year ending 2023 and the hotel was quite full as there were 2 New Year' Eve Parties on Dec. 31.The check-in was hectic as their were many arrivals that were checking in at the same time. 31st. On Sunday December 31 and on January 1st the Restaurant where Breakfast was served was extremely crowded and it seemed that there were not sufficient staff available to carry out a smooth service. Nevertheless quality of the food and beverage was excellent! The Management apologized to the guests for this breakdown of service. We frequented all the facilities including the Spa and each time the quality and service was excellent.

we went to DR to visit family. stayed for a week. the rooms are great, staff super. the hotel es old shool, but has been well maintained. the only "but". breakfast can improve. Specially the cleanness at the hot cake and egg station. You can see how they dont clean pans, or grill after use. everything cooks together. The waitress at "las cotorras" during day shift... oh well... i had to ask her 3 times to come take an order, every time she would say yes... and just stay standing by the bar. we had to leave, she was very rude saying she had other customers

A pesar de que es unno de los hoteles que mas me gusta de Republica Dominicana. la experiencia que tuve en mi ultimo hospedaje, no fue la mas satisfactoria. a las 8:30 am el Ama de Llaves timbro varias veces en i puerta para ver como estaba todo. Me parecio increible esta actitud, parece que estuvieramos en un hospital donde la jefa de enfermeras entra a la habitacion a ver como esta el aciente. De otro lado tuve un accidente donde me corte el brazo y cuando baje a la recepcion me dijeron que no tenian nada para oder curar mi sangrado. Como es posible que un hotel de esa categoria no cuente con un botiquin para curar una herida.
