這家酒店1820年就建好了，是當時最有名的本地建築師建的，很有和平飯店的味道，要是喜歡老錢風這家酒店沒跑了🤩古老的電梯還可以用，在頂樓的酒吧餐廳可以看到聖母山以及南非第一高樓還有遠處的安第斯山脈，夕陽和月亮升起的時候都很美。我在這裏住了八天，全部工作人員都認識我了，對我都很友善，早餐也很豐盛，頂樓的酒吧裏也提供晚餐做得不錯，酒店地處聖地亞哥的文化中心，周圍餐廳酒吧超市很多，基本著名景點走路就到，聖母山就在酒店對面一個超大的餐飲中心的附近，可以坐纜車上山看到全城的風景。酒店不遠處有一個藝術集市，賣些有趣的小玩意兒。酒店對面就是一個巨大的開放式的公園，可以跑步，在1900年就建好的馬車道上，公園是沿着馬路建的，大約兩公里，左手的盡頭就是國家美術館。

Cama confortável e café da manhã excelente.
O hotel precisa urgente de manutenção. Toda a estrutura parece decadente. A entrada do hotel tem moradores de rua e moscas.
Além disso, um amigo que estava comigo teve problemas com sua reserva e a gerência do hotel foi extremamente incompreensiva na resolução da situação.
Em geral não tive uma má experiência, mas não recomendo.

Style un peu vieillot qui mériterait d'être rafraîchi mais joli dans l'ensemble, très bien situé. Petit déjeuner complet et surtout un personnel très sympathique et toujours de bon conseil pour visiter la ville et les environs par exemple.

A great stay! Luciano K is in a perfect location, and the staff is wonderful. The bar and restaurant is a plus, and it was nice to come back from a day of exploring to have drinks on the rooftop. The breakfast was great too. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Not only is this a beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is amazing! I usually stay in hostel’s when I travel abroad, but I’d had enough. If you’re traveling solo, you never feel alone here. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The management is amazing , the concierge is attentive, the restaurant staff and housekeeping are all great. The area is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, activities, and public transportation. I highly recommend!

Great clean hotel. Breakfast is sufficient and staff are very friendly and helpful. Arrived a little earlier than check in time and my room was already cleaned so I was allowed to check in slightly early. Hotel is near a metro with two lines and walking distance to most attractions.

The history of the architect who built the property was very interesting and we liked that the property has been maintained in a way that is faithful to his vision. The location is excellent with many good restaurants in close proximity and with many museums and sites withing walking distance. The staff were excellent and provided helpful advice. We had to leave early on our last morning and they offered an early breakfast, including fresh coffee, which we greatly appreciated.
