阿萊歌利亞卡布裡奇維德飯店(ALEGRIA Caprici Verd)

We verbleven in dit hotel tijdens onze eindejaarsreis met school. De kamers waren in orde en voorzien van het nodige comfort. Ontbijt was oké: af en toe koude dingen die er al langer waren en idem met het avondeten. Al bij al veel variatie ‘s avonds tijdens het eten wat wel fijn is. Met onze school beleefden we een goede tijd in dit hotel. Ik zou het hotel vooral aanraden wanneer je in een grote groep bent, tijdens schoolactiviteiten of andere. In kleine groep zal u het waarschijnlijk als een lawaaierig verblijf beschouwen. Voor ons was het dus prima.

Je commencerais par les points positifs : La chambre était propre et la vue agréable. Il y a des animations durant le weekend. Le buffet est correct et varié et le personnel en général a été très agréable. Il y a cela dit plusieurs choses qui ne nous ont pas plû. Le jacuzzi nous a paru froid nous n'y sommes restés que quelques minutes mais la pisicine était un peu plus chaude. La chambre est très mal insonorisée, nous pouvions presque entendre nos voisins. En dehors les terrasses sont très rapprochées donc si un voisin fume, notre chambre sent la cigarette... Dans le couloir dès que quelqu'un parle à voix haute on entend systématiquement tout depuis la chambre. (On entend également les gens se doucher en passant dans le couloir). Donc niveau isolation c'est très moyen. Enfin le bar ne nous pas non plus convaincu. Les deux cocktails que nous avons commandés n'étaient vraiment pas terribles... Pour résumer le séjour n'a pas été horrible mais il y avait plus de négatif que de positif. Pour le même tarif voire moins je pense qu'il est possible de trouver de meilleurs hôtels.

Nous sommes venus en famille et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Hôtel à 5 minutes de la station de train pour rejoindre Barcelone . Si vous souhaitez vous détendre tout est mis à votre disposition pour n’avoir à penser à rien . Des boutiques vous permettent aussi de rejoindre le centre ville de Santa Suzanna à pied. Le personnel de l’hôtel est aux petits soins pour vous. Quel bonheur

I’m loathe to admit that I should have written this review immediately after my husband and I’s trip here in June 2022. I’m not one to write reviews normally but this one deserves a full blasting. I’m not surprised to see that the reviews already written reflect our own experience 18 months ago. The hotel staff were not remotely interested in helping at any point. I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday while we were there with a basic bottle of fizz in the room. I went to the front desk and waited to be seen. Sadly for me, a large group of American check in’s had arrived and I was told to come back, despite me arriving before them all (I stood waiting for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by the foyer staff) and they could see that as well, rude! I’m amazed the drinks rule still applies - my husband and I were two of maybe 30 guests at the time of our visit and we were clearly alone and were not plying off drinks to non all inclusive revellers, yet I couldn’t even take my husband a beer or Coke, as the hotel was only allowing one drink at a time (ludicrous). I’ll agree with the other reviews - food lukewarm at best; beach was rubbish as felt like walking on grit and we ended up eating out most days to get away from the hotel. We were glad to check out! Shocking place, don’t waste your money and look elsewhere!

This hotel is a disgrace. The English language is really lacking I have been all over the world and never had language barrier. My daughter stayed at another hotel. Met us as we had paid half board to eat at restaurant. I paid for her but with 3 mins we had not even sat down. She was feeling ill. I went to the restaurant manager on the door showed my receipt and asked for refund. To my understanding and trust I put my card through machine for refund when I came home the stupid person had only charged me again I have complained re customer services from UK and sent both receipts same day minutes from each receipt. The stupid manager called Pablo has stil not refunded my money. I am so angry but will pursue. It's the the money it's the principal. Will never go there againnnn

Nice hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was a firm mattress which suits me and the shower was quite powerful. I was really pleased to have a a view of the sea from from my balcony. So all good. I was booked half board, food was plentiful and quite varied. But I did learn to get down to breakfast & dinner about 30 minutes after the restaurant opened to be sure that the food was hot. Salad bar was great and varied, tge choices of bread at breakfast was amazing…..disappointed that they don’t do breakfast omelettes, but that’s a small thing and the selection of fruit & desserts was always good. The staff were great and very friendly/polite. The reception staff were really helpful especially when I was having trouble getting through to the company that was transferring me back to the airport and trying to get my pick up time. Reception also booked my tour to Montserrat…..a trip I highly recommend, it’s absolutely stunning. The bar staff were cheerful and accommodating, cleaning staff were also lovely and did a great job with the rooms. The animation team were lively, friendly & happy all the time and were great with the kids. There was some evening entertainment, a pair of singers, a dance troupe & a DJ, but being the end of season it was intermittent. The location to the the tourist office & train station is a real plus. Would recommend the train to Barcelona, the tourist office staff were really helpful. There is also an excursions office opposite the tourist office, where other trips can be booked. The hotel had fewer English people than I expected and at tge start of my stay it seemed like a holiday hotel spot All in all it was an enjoyable 10 night stay. My only real complaint is that the chairs in the restaurant, the outside and inside bar area are just so uncomfortable!!

Lit très confortable chambre spacieuse, par contre salle de restaurant hyper hyper bruyante, il faudrait des boules dans les oreilles pour les repas. Repas beaucoup de choix mais vu le bruit il faut partir vite. Personnel sympa. Belle piscine. Prix un peu élevé...248€ +20€ parking en demi pension pour 2 jours, 13 et 14/10/23.

Hotel parking en face 10 euros... grand chambre avec des vrai lit doubles rare en Espagne..vu mer et piscine belle double terrasse. Pris la demi pension. J aurai pas du .car plein de bon restaurant Pas cher et meilleur...car pas terrible niveau petit déjeuner et dîner vraiment déçus..piscine très bien bar tranquille le soir un peu de musique...le pire les gens le soir qui hurle dans les couloir et claques les porte jusqu'au bout de la nuits horrible..sinon plein de commerces et belle plages.
