聖羅莎北智選假日飯店(Holiday Inn Express Santa Rosa North)

First time in this hotel, it is clean and spacious. The only downside is that there was a fire alarm went on around 10pm due to a drunk couple turning on the fire alarm. Then all of us need to go down to the hotel lobby and stayed over 15-20 mins for nothing.

Hot breakfast , clean and comfortable eating areas. Staff are very friendly and helpful, clean environment and rooms. Located in a small town with random homeless people on the street when you walk outside.

Changed policy, no locals allowed and they don't tell you until you check-in.

Extremely clean! Comfy bed! Wonderful breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, etc. really filled us up. This hotel is real close to US101 so bring earbuds for sleeping. The window coverings are a bit tricky. Use the chain pulls and don’t try to pull the shades by hand. They are blackout shades - very nice.

I stayed one night. The room, while looking clean, smelled terrible. Like durty laundry. When i went to take a shower there was 1 bath mat. 2 habd tiwels andc2 washcloths. Not a singke bath tiwel. I had to call front desk for towels. Henbi took my shower, i pulled the shiwer curtain across and on the rod was a dried, used washcloth. I was very disappointed in this hotel.

upon checking in (6/14/23) I asked for the sheets to be changed after the first night. 6/15/23 when l entered the room the bed was not made. I called the front desk and the young lady that answered didn't know what to say. I asked for a discount, she would have to talk to the manager about that. But, I could come down and pick out a few free snacks. On checking out the next morning, the man behind the desk said l would have to take that up with *******. There seams to be a lot of quick answers when asking for discount. Sad management and terrible for passing it on to *******.

Property okay but room and bathroom too small for two adults, luggage and toiletries. No decaf at breakfast…in convenient to have to wait and buy some when should’ve come with breakfast. Rooms were clean

Nice friendly staff. A little noisy since students where staying there for a college meet and we where next to the pool. Not walkable but a short drive to Shultz museum and railroad historic area and other points of interest.
