百葉窗海灘飯店(Shutters on the Beach)

An amazing two-night stay. My first time at Shutters, other than for lunch a few years ago. LOVE this property! Rooms are luxurious, so comfortable and tastefully 'homey'. You don't feel like you're in a hotel room but rather in someone's lovely home. The lobby bar and lounge area with live music and light bites are so inviting. The beachside restaurant is lovely and you can't beat the location, right on the beach, for this property. The staff was terrific, every single one of them. Christy and Kevin at the front desk were particularly helpful. I could go on, but in short, I highly recommend this property and am going back! :)

By far the best “on the beach” hotel in Santa Monica. Kevin at the front desk is a customer service master, you’re always greeted by happy, attentive staff and the overall service is 5 star.

Stunning property! Worth the price. Although there was no room upgrade, the room was lovely. Highly recommend.

Beautiful room and very comfortable. Bed was great. Not a great view though - mostly looking at parking lot with a peek a boo view of beach and pier.

Excellent property, great pool, beautiful food (One Pico) one of the best elegant and low key experiences Los Angeles has to offer.

All was very good except the fact that when we wanted to go to the pool on sunday for our first time it was close for a private party, not good at all

It's a lovely, classic place with all the amenities you would want. Excellent staff, good food. My only complaint was the Wifi....they are working on upgrading, but we found it to go in and out quite regularly. This was our 2nd stay and we would certainly stay again.
