珊瑚藍色飯店和度假村(Coral Blue Huatulco)

Elegimos todo incluido pero no tuvimos buena atención. Por las mañana fuimos atendidos bien pero el personal de las tardes no nos prestaba atención, no disfrutamos de las bebidas porque se enfocaron en un grupo de personas. La comida siempre estuvo fría, en una ocasión nos tocó poco caliente. Le hace falta más cordinacion al personal. La alberca se cerraba a las 9 y a las 7:30 llegó el que limpia al alberca y apagó las fuentes y se puso a limpiar por lo que nos tuvimos que salir todos. El lugar es muy lujoso y bonito pero Definitivamente no recomendaríamos

Good housekeeping to rooms. Nice views from the balconies and restaurant. The rooms need better maintenance. Shower heads spray all over the place, or have very low flow. The mattress was broken and sunken on the side you get in bed! 15 inches of useless area to sleep. The pool is kept cold even with 90 degrees outside We’ll try a different hotel next time

The staff was personable and helpful from Jazz at reception; Ariella, Juan, and Emmanuel in dining; Henry with evening entertainment. All staff were so hardworking. They really made the stay special. The property is beautiful. Only downside is having to take a taxi everywhere and the long walk down to the pool, dining and beaches. The wifi is also a little spotty in the rooms.

Some people wanted to charge me more money than the orginal price for the All inclusive service for example the price to get the All inclusive service was around 1100 MX and the personal in the lobby that attended me, said 2000 MX, with the extra person service was the same they tried to charge me more money, but in this case, a young guy in the night shift in the lobby, gave me the right price, 320 MX per night. I just didn't like this, it's to expensive for the poor Service and room conditions. Great job from Pedro the waiter five stars for him.

Way to many steps to the restaurant and bar. Pool is in poor condition. Limited shade. Beach is terrible. Overall okay for just one night but would not stay long term.

Lots of bees in the buffet zone; friendly staff but badly organized, no communication between reception and eating area/bar

Me encantó una de las playas que tienen, de verdad que es muy bonita y muy tranquila! Lo único es que le falta mantenimiento a las sombras y camastros que tienen.

Besides the property is almost new and the service is very good, the employees are way too kind there is a need to improve restaurant services, variety and peices. There is no way to charge $150 MXP for an order of french fries while a Club a sandwich costs the same. No relationship. No logic. For breakfast there is no option rather than to take the buffet. Sometimes you don't want to take it since you just want to have a coffee and toast. Some other details such as lights (too white during the night at the restaurant). Need to build a better experience. Again, the property is amazing, the beach and the pool side are very cool and functional. The service and the employees are great. Need to pay attention to details in terms of the experience, the food is very limited and the prices doesn't make sense. Will recommend it and definitely will come back with my kids. Thanks

A great hotel! Lovely rooms, comfortable beds/bedding, beautiful beach, great food in restaurant, very nice staff! We really enjoyed our stay there! Would definitely return!
