八啪拉吉飯店(Eight Hotel Paraggi)

Cet hôtel est indigne d'un 5 étoiles. Il vaut maximum 3 étoiles. Il est sale, il y a des moisissures et du papier peint qui se détache. Le jus d'orange est de la limonade et le pire, la chambre sent les égouts ! Nous avons payé 1600€ la nuit... Le personnel présent nous donne raison, nous demandons remboursement (même partiel) et on nous propose un voucher... puis, plus aucune nouvelle.

Camera confortevole, molto ben arredata, vista meravigliosa sul golfo, spiaggia privata molto carina. Servizio navetta per Portofino impeccabile. Era un compleanno e siamo stati sorpresi a colazione con una ottima torta con tanto di candelina. Grazie a Lucrezia e a tutto lo staff per la cortesia e gentilezza accordataci.

Superbe expérience - staff très professionnel, gentil et disponible à tout moment. - Localisation top: 5min de Portofino avec le buggy electrique de l'hôtel, toujours dispo vu qu'il n' y a que 18 chambres - Chambres très moderne et super high tech. Matériaux de luxe. Nous avions la 888, avec terrasse et jaccuzi. Parfaite pour un couple mais trop petite avec enfants - Petit déj très bien. Les oeufs devraient ne pas être facturés, je pense - matelas toujours disponibles et magnifique baie, totalement nature A considérer: aménager une terrasse plus conviviable vu le magnifique Langosteria, que je recommande, juste à coter, pour le déjeuner

Entrata in hotel perché tutti i locali della zona erano chiusi ( fuori stagione turistica). Ho chiesto gentilmente se potevo usare il bagno perché stavamo facendo una passeggiata. Mi è stato impedito di usare la toilette (che era solo per gli ospiti dell'hotel) nonostante dopo il primo rifiuto fossi disponibile a pagare per il servizio. Ritengo che sia un atteggiamento inqualificabile. Alla signora sgarbata della reception auguro di non trovare mai una persona come lei quando le capiterà di aver bisogno di una cortesia. Vergognoso!

Van een 5 sterren hotel mag je kwaliteit verwachten. Zeker als de kamer 760 euro per nacht kost. De warme kraan van de douche werkte niet. Er werd niets aan gedaan. In de nacht sprongen om de 10 minuten alle lampen aan. Slapeloze nacht. Dit was reden genoeg om te vertrekken en de t****e nacht te annuleren. Verbazing al om dat we de geannuleerde nacht moesten betalen. Schandalig.

We arrived with high expectations and were not disappointed. Beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning location. We had the most wonderful holiday and thank all the staff for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. This is a boutique hotel so the rooms are not huge but our deluxe room was very comfortable with a large terrace overlooking Pariggi Bay. I still hold the memory of my morning coffee sat on thst terrace overlooking the view. Two big bonuses are included..a bed on the beach with towels (beds are at premium cost at establishments either side of the hotel) and a shuttle service to Portofino during the day until 10:30 at night. The beach is sandy and lovely for swimming. We ate a couple of times in the restaurant and enjoyed the attentive service and food. Also the receptionists were happy to recommend restaurants nearby in Portofino which were excellent to. Santa Margherita is also not far away by local bus which stops virtually outside the hotel.

Avoid this hotel and ******* at all costs. We paid ******* for an additional guest, only to be charged again at checkout by the hotel who indicated that "the extra person fee is something charged by the hotel, not *******", despite a detailed invoice showing it had been paid. After returning home, ******* may pathetic efforts to recover the funds, only to say that partner policy dictates refunds. Only visit this hotel if you wish to be defrauded.
