Really liked lobby and exhibits and shopping. The beehive fireplace was exceptional. Great location. Just some feedback-the room was kind of dirty (floor clearly not vacuumed, sunflower seeds on floor). Showerhead sprays all over the place needs cleaning. Sink stopped up easily. That said, we would certainly stay here again!

Historic La Fonda is located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. Although a bit pricier than other hotels, the atmosphere is worth the extra cost. Rooms are very clean, modernized and comfortable. The "Southwest" feel is very appealing.

A beautiful iconic hotel, right on the steps of the Santa Fe Plaza! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and decor. The bed was comfy room was spacious. The restaurant was inviting and the food delicious I would recommend this hotel for adults as it seemed more geared for adults as opposed to family oriented.

Fantastic location--couldn't be better. And the history of the building was interesting. Something special about staying in a 100-year old hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant is excellent and very hospitable to solo diners (as well as other diners, of course).

Everything was great except the pillows! Ugh! Both my husband and I woke up with a sore neck. We stayed here because flights were cancelled to Dallas. We wanted to be in the plaza for the day.
