伊比沙W飯店(W Ibiza)

The hotel is located in the more relax and quiet area. Good for families to enjoy. Their breakfast is very good quality and lots of options. Service team are attentive and friendly. We got a basic room which didn’t really a good view but it doesn’t matter too much if you spend more time by the pool or the beach.

So...this is tough. First, to get out of way: the staff and customer service/communication was SUPERB during the stay. (during, the key word). Also: in late July 2021, I spent 3+ days here with 6 different couples there to celebrate my 40th (under one of their names for reservation), and despite covid/restrictions, it was MARVELOUS. So good...that I ended a week long stay in ibiza - 4 nights at a wedding based site 7Pines on other side of island and did 2 nights here solo to..."recover" before carrying on with rest of my trip. This was a combo of bad luck on my part with weather but also some real big failures on mgmt: - summer '21 -- best things were pool (which I thought was heated) down and more importantly, the roof pool. that pool, its views, the food/drink were spectacular and I kept thinking about it and why I stayed there. well, when I checked in, a few things: - theres no email anywhere on the website but I messaged their Facebook, Marriott cust service, and then their own concierge email from 2 weeks prior that I needed to make it 2 nights instead of 3 which was booked 4-5 months in advance. no biggie, but they didnt do that and I had to "prove it" and I did and they happily obliged...again, the staff is great. - they informed me that: roof pool entire area closed until further notice, the main restaurant facing water - chiringito blue I had dinner at last time - closed until further notice...wow, bummer. I dont remember anywhere on site saying this and it should be in bold. - Room: was super happy and grateful they gave me a corner room which was large and had an awesome view of the ocean overlooking pool...but what a weird layout. the bed was this big thing but no night stands and how do u handle drinks or anything? weird design flaw but view was marvelous - then...and if you have anything against or prone to mosquitoes, im from Dallas and get bit maybe 1-2 a summer, I laughably take pride about this compared to my sis who has that blood type. Well, somehow, via balcony, about 20 of the most horrific, aggressive, vicious mosquitoes stalked me through my two night stay and I was bit ...40-50 times. im not kidding. both my entire legs, waist, arms, butt...I ended up going crazy killing them all over room - blood spattering from them (grosssssss). all I wanted to do wzd\ s relax from the crazy wedding hangover and this became a nightmare. AGAIN, this could be bc it was end of May and they had rare showers - BUT THEN WARN GUESTS. Tell them or give bug spray. I hate complaining but this was crazy. these mosquitoes seemed turnt up and they kept showing up. So check forecasts....I have zero recollection of mosquitoes from first visit. In conclusion, first visit - 5 stars all around ...this visit - 2 stars. bc it ******. I couldn't wait to leave and had PTSD (lol!) of mosquitoes rest of my trip. I have the scars now of me scratching so much. If/when I go back to ibiza - would I stay here again? As a plati

Me encantó Fire. Sobretodo su concepto donde lo que en un primer momento puede parecer simple se convierte en una elaboración supercuidada. Un ambiente cuidado, cocina vista y servicio especial. Lo recomiendo y volveré!

Lo mejor de este alojamiento no son sus piscinas, ni tampoco la excelente comida en cada uno de sus restaurantes o en el desayuno, ni tampoco sus habitaciones, lo que hace diferente al W Ibiza respecto a otros hoteles es que tienen el mejor staff de toda Ibiza. El servicio de conserjería de Berni y Maria fue increíble, lograron reservar mesa en sitios que me ha sido imposible durante años y tenían respuesta y contactos en todos los sitios ya fuera para alquilar motos de agua o reservar en el Amante donde toca llamar 6 meses antes. La recepción fue muy cálida y nos dieron la habitación a las 11 de la mañana y nos dejaron hacer el check-out pasadas las 12. Juan que es uno de los botones-ayudantes del hotel merece todo mi gratitud por llevarme la maleta al aeropuerto a 150km/h para que no perdiera mi vuelo, después de que un compañero no la subiera al taxi reservado. Si buscan buenas habitaciones, excelente comida y un sitio de relax con unas piscinas de película, reserven en este hotel porque el staff es la 6 estrella de este hotel.

Genoten! Meerdere beachclubs bezocht op Ibiza maar Destino was top. Fijne bedjes, veel zon en TOP service. De bediening is super aardig en betrokken. Jemina heeft ons de hele dag voorzien van heerlijke sangria met cava en hapjes. Goed gegeten en gedronken. Onze handdoeken werden gedurende de dag netjes recht gelegd en de gehele service was top. Volgend jaar weer!

Estuvimos en agosto , el servicio excelente! Las habitaciones in cómodas y muy chicas ! Tienes que ingeniártelas para guardar la ropa ! Cambiamos de habitación a una un poco más grande pero la cama parecía un sillón cama para ingresar era por los pies ! La ubicación inmejorable !! Te dan tumbonas y sombrillas gratis !! Es perfecto para descansar ! Da al paseo marítimo vale La pena ! Volvería a pesar de lo incómodo de la habitación

Service was echt van top kwaliteit. Personeel was professioneel en zeer vriendelijk. Alles was met een lach!! Kamers waren zeer schoon. Ik zal dit hotel iedereen aanbevelen. Met dank aan Fancesco en zijn geweldige team 😊! Ons zien ze zeker vaker terug in het W hotel

Just to be clear,we didn't stay in the hotel,this is a review of the 'Steps' Bar where we had the most over priced (44e for 2), terrible cocktails I've ever tasted. When we arrived to listen to the live DJ, the bar server at this upscale hotel told us she "didnt know much about cocktails" and when my husband asked for a rum-based cocktail she then asked us to tell her some names of cocktails with rum in them and she "would try her best" (she's never heard of a daiquiri??) My strawberry margarita had sugar instead of salt on the rim and was watery and insipid, and even worse, warm. There are probably 100 bars in Santa Eulalia selling better & cheaper cocktails than this. Felt completely ripped off. You can sit on the public seating opposite the 'steps' and listen to the DJ for free. Wish we'd done so. Our only sour note in a glorious week in Santa Eularia.
