Muy buena ubicación, son pocas personas, la cafetería muy buena con variedad de productos. Muy serviciales, en recepción para ayudarte en lo que se requiera, la lavandería es muy rápida. Todo limpio, la pileta ayuda a refresc**** cuando vuelves de caminar.

Hotel muito aconchegante, próximo ao centro na praça principal da cidade, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos, que indicaram lugar para fazer câmbio e passear pela cidade e chamaram até um taxista de confiança na hora do check-out, café da manhã muito saudável e bem servido, quarto e banheiro confortáveis, limpos e diferenciados. Recomendo!

Останавливались одну ночь, перед вылетом в Ла Пас. Отель новый, красивый, с качественным ремонтом, удобной большой кроватью и просторной ванной. В отель пускают с животными (мы были с маленьким щенком шпица). Хороший и вкусный завтрак (один из лучших за 10 дней в Боливии). Находится в самом центре города, очень удобно для прогулок.

The poor rating is for the unprofessional customer service from management. I was charged twice and it has been a nightmare getting a refund from this hotel. Location is not safe because of the high crime rate in the city center. Modern hotel district is a better choice.

Que hotel! Bem localizado, quarto muito confortável, equipe extremamente gentil, café da manhã delicioso, com destaque pelo delicioso ovo mexido feito pela brasileira Lili. Voltaria facilmente a me hospedar nele.

This is a lovely hotel near the main square of SC, with a curious layout that is visually effective. The breakfast was the best I have had during my time travelling in South America so far. I was especially appreciate of staff recognising that it was my birthday during my visit, and for offering me a free drink from the bar as well as a box of chocolates as a gift. The rooms are of an excellent size and I enjoyed having a balcony. The area around the pool is very nice, and staff were accommodating in allowing me to use this one morning. It was a shame that due to the open roof, I was unable to use the pool on my final day due to the spectacular storm the night before (although this isn’t a criticism!). The staff also accommodated my ask for a slightly earlier breakfast on my last morning before I checked out for my flight. The bathrooms in the rooms are a good size, although do note that the hot tap needs to run for a while for any hot water to come through, by which point water has already covered most of the bathroom floor, which is effectively a wet room by design anyway. The only real criticism (which may be more of guests than the hotel), is that there was also quite a lot of noise/music coming from the entry foyer/pool area on my last night and into the early hours of the next day. I’m not sure if this was due to guests, staff or visitors. Either way, due to the open air layout of the hotel, sound travels more than usual. This was frustrating when I had to be up early for a flight the next morning, and I had been looking forward to getting good rest before then. This was a slight disappointment at the end of a great stay, but all in all, this doesn’t really take away too much from the time that I had at the hotel. This is a lovely hotel that I would happily use again.

The service was fantastic. Dalma who was at the front desk was super fantastic as was the owner Fernando balderrama palacios. It was extremely clean and modern looking. The location was great as well. Overall it was our best experience in South America over past 6 weeks of traveling. We would both highly recommend it. Most including the owner spoke English very well. If we come back I would stay here. Also talk to the owner for he is well educated and traveled. He can make some great suggestions for food and other places to go in Bolivia.
