We had an awesome stay. We came for Taylor Swift and were blown away with the staff. They went above and beyond in organizing activities and with the communication before hand. We arrived at 11:30am to check in, knowing there would be tons of people checking in that day. They were able to get us a room immediately. We loved coming back from the concert and having a good night snack from the staff. We'll be staying here anytime we are in the area, especially for big events. If they can handle two nights of Taylor Swift the way they did, any other event will be no big deal.

I could all the traffic from the major roadway next to the hotel. The windows didn't keep out the noise. Disappointing. Heating system was so loud and inefficient, hot and cold. Very disappointing for a hotel that I was paying $400/night for.

We stayed at the Marriott to watch the 49ers play at Levi's stadium. The atmosphere was great, good bar service. They also had a buffet style food service with wings, nachos and tacos after the game. A great way to wrap up the weekend. It's a bit of a walk from the Stadium, but it sure beats sitting in traffic.

Convenient location near Levi’s stadium and Great America. Staff at the property were helpful and nice but when calling the number to check on the status of our room I kept getting routed to people who were unable to help and lacked the ability and willingness to assist me. I had to leave the football game to check on my room rep hours after check in time. I was given no update by phone even after asking to speak with a supervisor. It was very disappointing. Marriott needs to retrain their call staff to problem solve.

It was a nice stay. The shower was great. The bed was a little too soft for me but comfortable. The pillows were not at all comfortable unfortunately. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was not prepared for the large group checking in. It took over 45 minutes to get through the checkin line. We had tried to do the On Line checkin but that didn’t work either. The room was very comfortable!! We had a party of 4 with 2 Queen beds but only had towels and coffee supplies for 3. It is a great place to stay to walk to Great America or Levi Stadium!
