古巴納坎美國飯店(Hotel Cubanacan America)

Excelente informe servicio y confor limpieza y atención comida muy buena

Me encantó este hotel estuve 3 noches y las ofertas gastronómicas están geniales y bien elaboradas las habitaciones muy confortable y el servicio en general excelente he ido 2 veces ya y pienso ir este año también la pase muy bien con mis amigos

Ha sido una feliz estancia. Hemos venido a la Feria del Libro, y poder hospedarnos aquí es una expereriencia muy reconfortante. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, la comida es exquisita y variada, y la atención de los trabajadores es muy buena y cálida. Ya es la tercera ocasión en la que me hospedo aquí en una Feria, siempre lo prefiero. Y lo recomiendo.

Its ok, clean. Staff is great. I feel bad for them. It's better to stay at a casa particular. It has more to offer and very clean and private. It's government run, so the variety of food is slim. Nice patio. Nice pool. Security and in the centre. Good location

This hotel is located in one of the side street behind the main square. This hotel is not a colonial Building. A normal 3 storeys Building. My room look like newly painted, no window (it's better for me to keep the noise away from outside ) Everything is absolutely 2-3 stars。But aircond has a noise like water dippping. Very annoying. So they change for me. The second room has a window, But too noisy from the street, the door lock not working well, the electricity plug felt off, the bedsheet has stain, the WiFi couldn't connect, So i ask the reception to change, her attitude was so rude Just say no. Said i changed Once. This is low season, hotel was empty. She Just refused to change. Right in the main square there are hotel centro, colonial building, outlook is impressive. Price similar to hotel America, Unfortunately it was my first choice but already full. Avoid this hotel, no offence.

El servicio es realmente bueno, personal muy amable y atento a los clientes, la oferta no es muy amplia y los precios, para la mayoría de los que frecuentan el área de la piscina, son demasiado elevados, una limonada en 240 $ el mismo precio que un mojito o una sangría, un pomo de agua de 500 ml 120 $, un sandwich de queso blanco en 450 $ 30 pesos más que un pollo frito, una cerveza importada en 200 $, mi modesto criterio que algo está mal, claro para el que tiene una fuente de ingreso alta la opción es buena, con la excepción del sol y el calor, para la gran mayoría de los Santaclareños imposible. Para pasar el día y consumiendo lo mínimo indispensable tiene que disponer de al menos 1500 $ por persona, con menos no se lo recomiendo.

Bastante mal. Las ventanas no cerraban,habitaciones mus oscuras y habia un fieston fuera q no dejaba dormir hasta la 1 am. Durante la noche mucho ruido de gente entrando y saliendo. Y el desayuno fue un cafe y pan con nada. No se, le sobran estrellas

Owner/ Manager only appeared to dispute our 2 night stay bill, on checkout. Lack of good daily management all too apparent.. Centrally located, near main square. Small room.Not checked. Shower drain blocked- failed to spot water flowing over the narrow lip, into the bathroom, into the bedroom, into the hall… Low ceiling breakfast room.Unsupervised waiter deafened us, both days, by non stop blending gallons of fruit juice, with the kitchen a swing door behind him. Coffee- ask for a refill- 3 euros please. Breakfast sp**** and forgettable. Dinners too. Surly staff. Pool should have been ok, apart from the blaring music to the non existent people at the pool. Worst hotel we stayed in in Cuba. But good management would improve it..
