Top Unterkunft mit Parkplätzen vor dem Zimmer. Einziger Nachteil: es hat weniger PP als Zimmer, First Home First serve. Perfekte Lage und hervorragende Preis Leistung. Zimmer schön, gross und mit Küche die keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Selten so einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt erlebt! Kostenlose Parkplätze, wenige Gehminuten zum Hafen/Strand, Personal außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, Apartment modern und hochwertig ausgestattet - es fehlte an Nichts, kostenloser Verleih von Fahrrädern, Strandtüchern, Sonnenstühlen, … Alles perfekt!

Good location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Snacks provided for breakfast (fruit/breakfast bars). The room had everything we needed (including an electric kettle and Tazo teabags!) Our biggest issue was the room and bathroom were both extremely small. We had two large suitcases and it was impossible to open them both in the bedroom.

This place was beautiful and perfect to the funk zone. The room was a mini home away from home. A block away from beach and a small walk away state street. Highly recommend and will be staying here again for sure.

My wife and I were passing through Santa Barbara during our coastal tour of the state. We've stayed in a bunch of hotels. I had little expectations for Harbor House Inn, but if I did have high expectations, this place would have exceeded them. The high ceilings, kitchen with utensils and clean, large bathroom made the stay so great that we wished we'd stayed longer. This place is definitely a gem!

Wow what a find! Staying for work in Santa Barbara on a low per diem makes it difficult to find quality places. But I was so pleasantly surprised with this place! The location was perfect. Walking distance to the boardwalk but not on a busy street (the train tracks are close but only came by in the morning when we were already up. Late sleepers might not like it but that affects all hotels in the area) I loved the room - the bed was divine! It had a kitchen and a table to work at. Right outside of the room was a cute area of Adirondack chairs to hang out in but it was too cold for us! The room was more like an AirBnb (in a good way) vs a hotel. Paper towels, plates, utensils, coffee/tea, organic bath products .it was wonderful. It is family owned and the people are so hospitable. Only thing (not a negative for me) was that there wasn’t a breakfast. Just walk down to Jeannine’s a couple blocks away and you will be good! I will stay here again in our same room. Loved it!

While all the properties in this area—1 block from the Waterfront—looked beautiful, the rooms here really set this place apart! We had rooms 3 & 4while another family member was in 118A. Each was wonderful and charming, done tastefully by the interior designer owner. But room 3 was like having our own little apartment with a living room, kitchenette and separate bedroom. It was really gorgeous and comfortable! Top notch.
