Breakfast is sucks but room interior and location is convenient.

The staff seemed clueless. I was bitten all over my arms and legs when i woke up. The management did not seem to know what to do, so they didnt do anything, only cleaned the room, then on the last night there offered a new room. They did not offer to comp me for anything. The manager said he would talk to his boss and get back to me but never did. Now, i have red itchy welts all over my arms and legs. I am so embarrassed. The room seemed clean but when i looked in the sheets there were some bugs in there. I was horrified!! There was mold in the shower and no water pressure. The pool and hot tub were nice. The breakfast was ok. You got the same thing every single day. The hashbrowns and pancakes were very stale. Parking is horrendous. There is a big portion of the parking lot roped off that is right by the entrance. When packing up my car at the hotel entrance to leave, a person came walking up with a syringe in his mouth! He was looking in my car and making weird noises and movements. Big explosions, probably fireworks, one night that seemed to keep getting closer. I wouldn't stay here again and won't stay in a hotel anytime soon because of what i went through here. My anxiety was through the roof from everything.

The shower didn’t drain the water and was dirty when I arrived. There was no conditioner. Oh shampoo. It was noisy at night and got this hotel for work. The internet was not reliable. Would not recommend. Did not clean the hotel inbetween days. The staff for breakfast was nice.

Everything seemed fine until I got a charge on my card for “damages” even though we only slept and showered in the hotel room. Not even a total of 6 hours we occupied the room. No damages were made by us. Getting in contact with front desk is a nightmare. I’m sad to say but they lost a long time time customer. I’ve been staying here for Disneyland trips for years and will not be returning ever again. I will no longer recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

This is our second time staying at Mainstay and we enjoyed both occasions! The staff is very courteous, professional and kind. The property and the room are very clean and manicured. We were impressed by the new security gates upon entering the hotel other than through the main door. Gave us an extra feeling of being safe and secure during our stay. We will be coming back again, thank you for a wonderful second weekend getaway!

Me gusto mucho , solo iba a estar 4 días y por lo mucho que me gusto me quede casi 15 días todo esta muy bien , limpio bien cuidado y el personal muy amable y también hablan español , solo el desayuno es lo mismo todos los días , está más o menos bien .

No refund on property. Don't pay if you don't plan on staying the night. They will immediately take your money and rip you off. Read the fine print in the hotel description before you plan on purchasing to stay in the hotel.

You can hear everything through the walls and didn’t seem as nice as the pictures & there was a huge cockroach in our room it was so disturbing.
