普羅圖爾帕梅拉斯海灘飯店 - 全包式(Protur Palmeras Playa Hotel - All Inclusive)

He pasado una semana en el hotel con mi familia y me gustaría decir que nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido muy satisfactoria. Me gustaría destacar a todos y cada uno de los empleados que hay en el hotel ya que, desde el primer momento, han sido muy cercanos y muy amables con nosotros. También decir que han sido muy serviciales, profesionales y cercanos con nosotros, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Me gustaría resaltar tanto a los camareros como a las animadoras del hotel ya que han hecho que nuestra estancia en el hotel sea más amena y divertida. Se respira un gran ambiente y es de agradecer ya que eso nos permitía poder interactuar con ellos y que nos resolvieran las dudas que teníamos o hacernos pasar un gran rato. Puntos a mejorar: Poner fútbol en alguna de las salas que tienen para todos los clientes. No existe esta posibilidad y teníamos que desplazarnos a bares del alrededor. Más variedad de comida en el turno del mediodía. Tanto los desayunos como las cenas son muy completas y variadas, pero considero que el turno del mediodía es más flojo. Por último, decir que recomendaría 100% este hotel y que les ánimo a ir ya que es ideal por la ubicación que tiene y por la gran plantilla de empleados que tienen.

Hotel increíble y sus empleados Maravillosos!! Estuvimos de vacaciones en Julio y al llegar nos atendieron fantásticamente y a lo largo de la estancia nos hicieron sentir muy bien Comida maravillosa variada y muy elaborada. Habitaciones espaciosas y geniales Todo en general fue excelente sin ninguna duda si tengo que volver será a este Hotel.

El personal es excelente, la cocina estupenda, todo en general es estupendo. Lo hemos pasado genial. Volveremos. Felicitaciones por este personal tan valioso, tan maravilloso y tan atento. El servicio estupendo, la piscina es preciosa, los shows nocturnos son fantásticos. La playa de sa coma se encuentra a unos minutos del hotel y es preciosa y tranquila.

Esta opinión espero le sirva a mucha gente para que se animen a vivir la experiencia de pasar unos días en este hotel con un personal excepcional, no sólo es la dedicación sino el cariño y el trato familiar, comida variadas, habitaciones amplias y limpias y un montón de actividades cada día. Somos una familia gallega que decidimos ir de vacaciones a Mallorca y creo que el hotel fue la mejor decisión que tomamos después de los 8 días que pasamos. Todos los servicios son muy buenos, pero el personal que se dedica a hacerlos posible son geniales y maravillosos. Miguel gracias por tu buen hacer y hacernos reir siempre, David gracias por tanta preocupación y consejos , y sobretodo Antonio (Néstor no se va a olvidar de ti) has sido excepcional con él y no es fácil pues es un niño muy tímido. Gracias por todo.

La comida de muy baja calidad,esperaba más, las habitaciones de también de bajísima calidad, el plato ducha estaba abombado y la taza del baño se movía entera, llamamos y siguio gual. Todo absolutamente hecho para extranjeros! Eso sí Los empleados de 10!!! Todo muy limpio! Y cerca de la playa.

My wife and myself have just returned from a two week stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, we were in 1401 which got the evening sun on the balcony, the beds were firm which suited us, plenty of sun loungers, nice pool area and good entertainment. The food was probably the weakest point of the hotel. It was generally OK but could be improved upon. Having said that it didn't detract from our enjoyment it's just that we've had better. The best aspect of the hotel is the staff who to a person were fantastic. Friendly, obliging and cheerful. They were a credit to the hotel and made our stay. In particular Luiz Divina who was like a ray of sunshine, working at the pool bar and the main bar in the evenings. In summary we will definitely visit this hotel again.

My partner and I have just returned from our holiday, and we absolutely loved our stay at the Protur Palmeras Playa. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is decent (though we preferred lunch to dinner), the entertainment was enjoyable. However, what really made our week was the staff. Every single member of staff was so lovely, so friendly and always seemed genuinely happy to see you. Nothing was ever too much for them, and they went above and beyond to make sure every guest was enjoying their stay. By the end of our stay, we were gutted to be leaving. We had such a great week here and will definitely be back!

Just returned home after 4 days with my two daughters and friend. The hotel was excellent . Food was so good plenty of choice. Rooms are spacious and all the staff are very helpful…… special thanks to Miguel who always looked after us at dinner. The hotel is well situated near the beautiful beach of Sa coma. The only let down for us was the entertainment on an evening but we didn’t let it spoil our break we had a great time and would return

This is another fantastic hotel from the Protur group of hotels. Situation just 5 mins walk from the shops and restaurants of Sa Coma town or the beachfront. This is our first time at this particular Protur hotel, although we have stayed at several of the other hotels in the group so we had high expectations that this hotel had the same high standards, which it delivered on all fronts. The reception area is spacious and welcoming, with plenty of comfy sofa's and chairs, plus the usual informational boards. The staff on reception are lovely and welcoming, plus were attentive throughout our stay. We had two lovely and spacious rooms next to each other, which we request beforehand and the hotel listened and duly fulfilled our request perfectly!! We had a fantastic view of the pool area, as our rooms were situation at the front of the hotel so we looked down the whole of the complex, great to people watch!!! Our rooms were beautifully clean, there are large double beds and a large sofa bed for our 16 year old son. The bathrooms are spacious with all the regular facilities. The rooms have lovely and beautiful decor and furniture. The restaurant is fabulous, with a wide choice of food and drinks that more than satisfied everyone's pallet and our boys are fussy eaters!!! The staff work extremely hard working, ensuring the tables are promptly cleared and cleaned. Food is replenished so there's always plenty of choice of gorgeous food. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers, along with two pool tables, a table tennis table, a snack bar severing a good variety of food and drink throughout the day. The staff are extremely tentative in the snack bar during the day and in the hotel bar at night. The majority of the entertainment is good most of the time, with a few acts being just ok.
