普羅圖爾比奧馬爾森薩托裡度假村飯店(Protur Biomar Sensatori Resort)

Family Holiday….in Sa Coma, Majorca…Perfect hotel, perfect Front of house welcome, Management, Staff, Cleanliness, facilities, food, so great we’ve booked the same 11 days for 2024! Amazingly well kept gardens and ground..a total credit to the Tui staff! Highly recommend this… Hotel 5 stars!!!!!

Por desgracia tengo que contar mi mal servicio en el grupo Protur, del cual he sido cliente en muchas ocasiones y al cual no voy a volver. Se ha pasado de ser un grupo hotelero con un servicio impecable a un grupo de hoteles con muy mal personal y con muy mal servicio. Biomar ha dejado de ser mi Spa de referencia en la isla, después de mas de 20 años siendo cliente asiduo del hotel y sino, he ido al SPA. Una pena, se ha quedado obsoleto, la competencia le ha dejado muy atrás. La comida ha sido un desastre absoluto, y el mantenimiento es nulo. La piscina no estaba a 26 grados como prometen en su publicidad.

TUI Blue Sensatori Biomar Hotel The hotel is run by the Protur group who have several other large hotels in the area. The Biomar is basically 3 accommodation blocks (2 in the family area, 1 in the adult area). The adult area feels like it’s really new. There is the main block with a lovely restaurant’Lyra’ set off a large open airy atrium. The rooms above that are in the circular building with 4 floors. The first floor and the fourth floor have shared swim up pools. There is also an open quiet pool and sitting area on the 5th floor access via the lift at the side of the atrium. Also in the adult area is an annex where the ‘garden’ rooms are located. The pool area around the adult pool is large and there was always free sun beds. Overall the adult area has an upmarket feel - everything feels good quality - and everywhere is kept very clean and tidy. As one of the few all inclusives in the area we were surprised there was no wristbands. People are free to walk anywhere on the complex. Having said that we never saw any kids or even teenagers in the adult section. Outside - it’s a 10 walk to Sa Coma beach and about the same to a large Carrefore super market. Within 3mins of leaving the hotel you’ll find endless tourist shops and Spar shops selling the same stuff - inflatables, swimming stuff, trinkets, toys etc etc. there are also quite a few bike and car hire places. We borrowed some of the hotel bikes (no cost) and cycled down the coast, back up to the hotel and up to Cala Millor. Overall these resorts are typical Spanish ‘value’ resorts. Don’t expect traditional or high quality bars and restaurants- it’s mainly cheap and cheerful. Room We arrived about 1hour ahead of the TUI bus by private taxi and our room was ready (11:15). We had a swim up room in the garden annex - and they are probably the best rooms in the hotel. They have a large south facing terrace with two chairs a coffee table and a big double day bed / lounger. Sun is on the terrace all day until about 16:30, be aware the decking gets very hot. The room itself is large and quite modern. Big kingsize bed, good (&quiet) aircon plus a ceiling fan. Loads of cupboard space, a safe and an ironing board plus iron. Separate shower room - with rain and hand held shower -separate toilet. The minbar is quite small and was restocked daily with whatever soft drinks you wanted. The pool is shared between 4 rooms and is about 20m x 2m. There is a vertical ladder used to access the pool - not a problem for us, but someone with mobility issues might struggle. Compared to the main adult pool - the swim up pools seemed to retain their heat and were quite warm by the end of each day. Spa The spa is next to the adult area and guests can use the hydro therapy pools for free. We went once and we’re generally not impressed. Most of the hydro jets weren’t working or were so weak they weren’t worth it. The overhead jets were quite good though. They make you wear a stupid swim hat for no apparent reason.

Una experiencia super agradable y unica. Lugar con muy lindos paisajes y acogedor. Los trabajadores excelentes (desde la recepcion, hasta el bar, el buffet y las habitaciones) y el servicio disponible y eficiente, desde la llegada al aeropuerto hasta la llegada a la habitacion. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones muy bonitas, el servicio de limpieza te deja la habitacion super limpia y con un increible perfume. Los trabajadores de la recepcion siempre listos para responder cualquier pregunta y para ayudarte en organizar tu estancia. El buffet esta siempre lleno de exquisiteses, la comida es muy rica y hay muchas variedades. Aunque puedan haber dias que no sean tan soleados es posible disfrutar de otros servicios, como el spa que te regala una experiencia unica y super relajante. Por las noches hay varios espectaculos, siempre diferentes con artistas excelentes, de gran talento y muy profesionales. La playa esta bastante cerca y aunque haya mucha gente es posible disfrutarla al maximo. En caso de necesidad tambien hay tiendas a los alrededores y un muy lindo malecon para caminar. En fin es un lugar ideal para pasar vacaciones en familia o en pareja, donde puedes sentirte como en casa y donde no hay momentos para aburrirse. Gracias infinitas por haber hecho de estas vacaciones un recuerdo inolvidable.

Sa Coma - sehr schöner Strand 7 min zu Fuß Essen und Trinken im Hotel hat sehr gut gepasst. Große Auswahl Betten waren gut Personal sehr sehr freundlich Ein super schöner Familienurlaub Günstiges Leihauto in der Nähe vom Hotel bei Udo's Fun e-moto

Hotel is near 2 beaches Sa coma playa and Cala milor Next to shops There are 2 parts in the hotel one for family and one for adult only that is very confortable ! On adult part all is relaxing, pool wonderful with pool bar, lot of shadow ...so luxury place ! Room is very recent and confortable and building quiet Lot of piano bar nights Nice sky view with little swimming pool and couch to relax You find the same atmosphere at Restaurant ! Bike available for free Spa (how wonderful also!) with hammam and sauna once a day for free Quality Massages if you want Manager and staff efficient and friendly, congrats ! I really enjoy my time here You can go closing eyes it's such a wow hotel !! High standard and worth 5 star !!

Nos ha decepcionado un poco ya que llevábamos años viniendo y disfrutando de este hotel pero este año,el todo incluido lo ha cambiado por completo.Empezando por la comida ,que era deliciosa ,ha bajado la calidad sólo ponen pechuga de pollo o similar y hamburguesas ,la comida preparada deja mucho que desear.En la habitación, a pesar de estar alojados en el nuevo edificio,el lavabo con olores a tubería, ni un soporte para la toalla ni para el jabón,la piscina de la habitación sucia,y luego vas al biomar con su spa fantástico y te encuentras con que no funcionan la mitad de los chorros...vaya gracia nos ha hecho...en fin...mala experiencia...una pena porque era nuestro hotel de todos los veranos.Pero hay que decir que las instalaciones y el trato del personal sigue siendo excepcional en eso sigue teniendo las 5 estrellas,sobre todo el personal, todos muy amables.

Wauw wat een geweldig hotel! Heel lief personeel en de kamers zijn super. Wij sliepen in een junior suite met swim up (een hoekkamer nummer 004) en die was heel ruim. Heerlijk zwembad en fijne bedden! Ook het avondeten en ontbijt waren tip top in orde! Super veel keuze en voor mij als vegetariër werden er gewoon aparte maaltijden gemaakt als ik erom vroeg! We hebben ook twee keer gebruik gemaakt van de roomservice. Ook deze was het erg lekker! Daarbij kregen we attenties zoals bloemen en fruit etc. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de gratis fietsen en de Spa! Helaas was het hotel heel rustig, maar daar kan het hotel niets aandoen.... heb er echt helemaal niets op aan te merken, alles was top!

Très bel hotel, plusieurs piscines exterieurs et interieurs; Piscine adulte only; miniclub pour enfants; minidisco chaque soir pour les enfants; Nourriture de très bonne qualité, grand buffet varié; Cela dit, à cause des restrictions covid, les autres restaurants etaient fermés et nous ne les avons donc pas testés. Superbes animations au bar chaque soir avec des groupes de musique et chanteurs. Pour un Hotel 5 étoiles, je m’attendais à un « welcome drink » à l’arrivé (surtout avec ces températures elevées en août); Ce qui était le cas en 2019 dans un autre hotel Protur 4* de Majorque, avec même en plus une bouteille de crément dans la chambre. Dommage. L’emplacement de l’hotel n’est, pour ma part, pas le plus bel endroit de Majorque. Dans l’ensemble, je suis satisfait mais je m’attendais à plus pour un 5 étoiles.
