水晶飯店 - 高山庇護所(Classic Rooms by Crystal)

Wir hatten einen unglaublichen Urlaub. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden kostenlos auf eine Suite upgegraded und bestens umsorgt. Die Küche ist erstklassig und besonders toll waren das Dinner am Bergsee und das Raften mit der Gastgeberin. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir durften wunderschöne Tage im Hotel Crystal genießen. Beim Check in wurden wir herzlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Es gibt ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen regionalen Produkten. Omlettes, Rührei, Spiegeleier sowie weiche Eier kann man sich auch bestellen. Das Abendessen ist ein Feuerwerk für den Gaumen. Jeder Abend aufs Neue ein Highlight. Hier nochmal ein riesen Lob an die professionelle Küche. Was da geleistet wird, ist wirklich großartig. Das Service an der Rezeption, an den Tischen sowie die Raumpflege der Zimmer muss auch lobend erwähnt werden. Das gesamte Team ist sehr gut organisiert und immer freundlich und für jede Frage, haben sie gute Tipps und Antworten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und werden bestimmt bald wieder einen Urlaub im tollen Hotel wahrnehmen. Ein großes Danke, bis bald.....

Group of four travelling together. Located at the top floor. The room itself quite ordinary. No balcony. Windows high in the room. Want to see out need to stand up. Anoying noice from ventilation during daytime. Room nice and clean. The dining options of this hotel was not appealing so we did not eat at the hotel during the week. 25 € each person for breakfast NO WAY. Dinner only on pre-booking and very pricy 60 € for evening menu. Really good dining and breakfast alternatives very close to the hotel. WIFI in the room non functional. 4G on phones barely reachable. Bring your own internet. Indeed friendly staff. Ideal location for public transport, skiing and lift as well as all the nearby restaurants.

Very nice and clean hotel and room. Staff is kind and open answer all questions. Only two things were inconvenient; I could hear my neighbors through the wall and additional fee for parking by the hotel.

This hotel is clarly overpriced for the level of service you get. Supposedly a 4 star hotel, but no toiletry items at all in the bathroom, just a soap dispenser stuck on the wall; Poor breakfast buffet, in variety and quantity: I have seen better breakfasts in some 2 star hotels. The fact that they charged us an extra 72 Euros per night for a 3 year old child sharing his parents bed seemed to me really exagerated. Also, be prepared to move your luggage through the stairs as the elevator only reaches half floors. Even the picture of the swiming pool they put on their front page is not directly at the hotel, but it is the municipal swimming pool that is 10 min away, and to which they provide you with free entry tickets. An finally, although the reception ladies were quite nice, the manager was very rude to us and made us feel really unconfortable and unwecomed during our stay. In conclusion, not what we expected at all!

Restaurant closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday for dinner.

Stayed for 6 nights ski trip I February 2023. Great lication clise to ski luft and ski hire shops. Reception went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival, Room spolessly clean and bed comfortable. Great ski locker room, ski boots were always warm next morning. Breakfast had amazing choice and hot food cooked to order, omelette an absolute must. Nothing too much trouble. Stayed on B&B but dined in during stay. Can highly recommend chefs menu. Planning to return next year.

We only had a short 2 night ski break in St. Johann as we were passing through, but it was a great choice, especially the hotel and its location to the lift & rental/ski depot. It’s not easy getting accommodation that suits a family of 5 with 3 kids under 10! But the Hornkristall Suite was very generous in size (separate room for the kids) & had great comfort and views of the valley and slopes. Breakfast was really excellent and dinner displayed a flair of the adventurous cook with some outstanding little oriental touches. When at check in you are told to please ask for second helpings you know there is a generous spirit at play. Whilst Covid times are a little dampener, the fact that you are asked to do regular antigen tests as well as the staff, to me was a display of a caring and comforting approach. I will certainly be returning to such a friendly, comfortable and convenient hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay, we loved the full family ski experience.

This was the WORST stay I have ever had in saint johann or Kitzbühel. Please look further because this is NOT Worth your money! This is not 4 stars this shouldn’t even have 1 star. First: They claim they are walking distance from the ski lifts, but trust me I still had to take my car or walk more than half a kilometer with ski ski boots and ski equipment, not a joyful experience. Second: They claim they had ski bus they don’t. Third: They claim they have a spa and a wellness center yet they don’t have an actual spa they have a rooom with the smallest spa I have ever seen it doesn’t fit every one and you need to book it days before. Fourth: They say they have a restaurant yet it’s almost never open and it has a very poor menu and the quality of the food is embarrassing. They have the worst personnel ever, I have been treated so badl by this one receptionist VERENA. If the owner reads this, you should fire her because she is the worst receptionist I have ever met. She is rude and careless and told me to shut up more than once while I only asked if the dog could come with. This brings me to my last point: They claim that pets are allowed yet they need to be left alone in the room because they cannot be anywhere else but in the room. P.S. The rooms on booking are drawn and not shown because they are so horribly looking really choose something else.
