Stayed at this hotel for one night only, apparently I was the only one staying there. I did have a phone call on the day to find out about my ETA, upon arrival the welcome was lovely and lady showed me to my room. Stayed in one of the single rooms, good decor and everything there for comfort. On the morning of checking out, the chef was off sick so breakfast would not be happening, the lady I think her name is Lorna did offer me a drink and toast. I did decline at the time, left and went somewhere else for breakfast. I made contact with the hotel after and was offered a refund for the breakfast. This gesture is fantastic and sums up what true Customer Experience should be. Honestly would recommend this hotel if visiting that area, good location and easy walk/drive to the promenade/town centre. Once again, Thankyou to the owners of the hotel for going over and beyond and will definitely stay there again when back in town.
