A very nice hotel, and in such a little tow: friendly staff, comfortable beds, a full breakfast bar, a reasonable check in time (unlike the ridiculous industry trend toward 4 pm), a nice pool and patio, very quiet. We'd definitely stay there again!

Clean comfortable room. Courteous staff, good breakfast. The only detractor is the annoying “resort fee” for using the tiny gym and pool although they are up front about it and don’t try to hide it like some places. Very limited eating alternatives in town so we had an Impossible burger next door at Burger King

I stayed in this hotel 4 years ago and I don't think they have spent too cents on maintenance in the intervening time. The room was dark as a couple of lights were not working (or flickering, which was so obnoxious that they had to be turned off.) The pillows were of a overly thick polyester foam making them unusable, the bedding a cheap low thread-count material, and the mattress old and sagging. The toilet ran constantly until you found just the right jiggle to stop it. There were but two hangars in the closet. The Heating/AC unit is the old in-window variety with extremely noisy fan that kept going on and off as the room heated and cooled and heated. The shower was equipped with in-the-wall bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but two of the bottles were empty. Thankfully I carry my own bar of soap and brand of shampoo. Breakfast was a sorry excuse. There were all the necessary ingredients to make do-it-yourself pancakes - mix, butter, syrup and other toppings - all neatly laid out next to the pancake machine marked with a large, OUT OF ORDER sign. Orange juice? Nope, machine also out of order. The other food choices were sp**** and limited. If you have to be in Florence AZ, do yourself a favor and drive a little further towards Phoenix and stay at a major brand hotel. The hassle of the extra commute will be offset by the ability to get a good night's sleep.

For the price that was charge I expected a cleaner and newer place. It was kinda run down. Item's needed repair in our room. Lots of areas missed on cleaning, over and over to the point it looked filthy. Beds we uncomfortable and stains on bedding.

Considering what we paid we were disappointed in a few things: blow dryer didn’t work, heater hard to adjust, and no body wash in container.

Breakfast buffet is not good. 1) no filtered water to drink 2) no nuts or toppings for instant oa**eal 3) bananas looked dark and black 4) egg with cheese olmlett has hardened parts 5) service attendent usually not visually in the dining room during breakfast time (she's either in the kitchen or outside the building.) 6) food doesn't look appeticing except for apples.

Daniel was very helpful. Tears in window curtain were disappointing. Overall, very pleased.

GreenTree Inn & Suites, Great place to sleep if sensitive to noise. Lots of space between Inn and Road. A little older but very Nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful accommodations! It was a tad out of the way to stay here, but I will every time. The staff was helpful and cheerful upon arrival.
