酒店在山腰，要駕車抵達才便利。前往景點也應該駕車。一般的房型視野不好，要買最貴的才行，可惜描述裏沒有提示。早餐比較簡單。房價季節因素差異非常大500-900。

我們在這家新酒店住了5晚。我住在另外兩個Axels（柏林和巴塞羅那），感到非常高興。這家新開張的Axel“拿蛋糕”-迷人，友好，價格優惠，舒適而優雅的客房，蒸汽浴室，桑拿浴室和漩渦浴缸，自助早餐豐富，種類繁多。廚房中的Santi和Beatriz將完全照顧您！預訂人員（Antoine，Diego，Carlos和Irene）無法提供幫助和耐心。注意：節假日到達時，大約有20人在等待辦理登機手續。Antoine耐心地處理了壓倒性的情況，為每位客人分配了必要的時間。我不能說這家酒店足夠有趣的事情。走！經驗！放鬆！

Hotel room was very clean. High quality sheets, nice and quiet and room kept at a good and constant temperature. The hotel is quite new and it feels it. We stayed for 4 nights and spent our whole time in town, so we used this a base only and it was perfect. Swimming pools isn’t open until summer. Bar closes at midnight sharp. Airport transfer from Bilbao is about an hour. To get to town it’s a 6-7 minute uphill stroll then a 20-25 minute downhill walk, with many steps included. So if you aren’t mobile, you’ll spend money on buses or taxis.

La habitación era grande y la habilitaron para que entráramos dos adultos y dos niños. El cuarto de baño grande. No tiene lujos pero todo era funcional y no faltaba detalle. Las camas eran cómodas, la ducha espaciosa, los armarios grandes y bien surtidos y una nevera en la habitación. El punto a mejorar es que no tiene aire acondicionando aunque nos dejaran un ventilador ya que la habitación era muy cálida. Buena relación calidad-precio. Muy recomendable.

酒店在位置和服務方面都很好,只需要更多的停車場(根據接待所只需7個)供顧客提供,因爲整個地區和周圍都是藍色的地區,綠色或紅的付款,沒有免費停車場,所以你必須付款,讓車在街上最好付款,但卻在受監控的停車場上。 至於免費的自助早餐,不太多,咖啡是自動機,留下了很多需要的。

酒店超級豪華，位置很棒，酒店很新，房間很大，設施齊全，服務超讚，早餐相當棒，總之是超一流的出行體驗

We were having a fantastic vacation along the North of Spain (Oviedo, Gijón, Llanes, Santander, Bilbao) until we got to the Mercure Monte Igueldo. We had a problem with a double booking that we were not aware of. And even it this was not the fault of the hotel in principle, the harsh, unfriendly managing of the situation with different points of views and versions from different managers and receptionists at finding the booking -- some promising to find out it they had received the money and let us know after the holiday period, then changing their decision to finally charge us again without informing us first (”the direction has decided to charge you” they told us on the phone after having left the hotel) gave us such stress that we left with great tension and sadness. Needless to say, they forgot to contact us as promised to confirm whether they had already received the money for the double reservation or not, as needless to say that we would like to forget to have chosen this hotel or do it again in business or privately.

我喜歡這裏!整個地方都有如此美好的氛圍!超級友好的工作人員,優越的地理位置,樓下的酒吧和咖啡店非常熱鬧!房間舒適,乾淨,非常舒適.....特別是枕頭!!淋浴/浴室有點小,不透明的玻璃可以做一點不透明!但這些是小細節,而不是問題。我們是正規的酒店用戶,會毫不猶豫地一次又一次地住在這裏!

We booked a Premium Room directly on the hotel’s website (it’s cheaper than comparison websites) and stayed for 1 night. The rate of accommodation in this city is unbelievably expensive, and for close to €200 that we paid, we only got a room, with NO breakfast and NO parking. If we want to park at the private parking lot behind the hotel, we would have to pay another €15 per night, according to the hotel’s website. We were glad we did not, because we were able to find a parking space at the side of the road (plenty of them, depending on the time of the day) outside the hotel. Location of the hotel is outside the busy city, but easily accessible by Bus #28, which stops very regularly at a bus stand not far from the hotel. We will certainly recommend taking the bus and leaving your car, because parking is difficult to find in the city (and may cost you more!) The décor of the hotel’s common area is very elegant. The staff who checked us in were very efficient and knowledgeable about the events happening in the city during the busiest day of the year (we arrived on 15 August – the Virgin’s Day). Our Premium Room is spacious and clean, the décor is simple and modern. All amenities worked well. There’s a kettle, mini fridge, and complimentary coffee and tea. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean, the hot shower functioned well, and basic toiletries were provided for. We enjoyed our 1-night stay at the hotel, despite its location being outside the city. The bus is so very convenient to take.

Highly recommended, modern hotel just a few minutes' walk from the Ondaretta beach in a safe location. 20 minutes walk along the beach promenade to the beautiful old town of San Sebastian. Alternatively, there is also a bus stop directly opposite the hotel. Fast and very friendly check-in, very clean and comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi, good breakfast buffet (€14 p.p./per day), parking garage at the hotel, but we parked much cheaper in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The hotel Ilunion has a gym, 4 conference rooms, a nice furnished outdoor terrace, a bar/cafeteria, but no pool. We didn't miss it because it's close to the beach and was only a stop for a few days on our road trip to explore this beautiful city with its many restaurants with Basque specialties and cozy tapas bars. San Sebastian is definitely worth a visit !!
